Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE :- Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :- 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level :- Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Daily operation of all valves daily for two years including petrolling of CI & MS pipeline from Singrauli to Gorbi pipeline and submission of water supply report to IWSS daily and involvement of 3 No's labour per day (1 No. Skilled & 2 No. Un-Skilled labour) for replacement of sluice valves, gasket upto 200 mm. dia and rubberised wooden balls of air release valves, (labour rates only) including opening, tightening of nuts & bolts, gland packing and other site job required for opening and replacing of pipeline. The deduction will be made at double rate incase of non /less deployement of required man power (prorita basis)

Welding of M.S. pipeline of various dia with suitable peripheri (4 Ways) including the cost of oxygen,DA cylinders, grinding stones, wire brush, hand gloves, generator, welding machines, disel pump transportation etc. all complete

Deployment of required workforce for the work of changing old gasket and replacing of wornout Nuts & bolts, cleaning & fixing of flange of pipeline/valves including cleaning of sludge in valve chamber if necessary all complete as per direction of EIC.

Cost of diesel pump and motor transportation/ carriage etc. (Hiring charge).

Running cost i.e. cost of diesel charge

Laying of M.S. Pipe 300 mm dia including alignment, making bend as per requirement etc all complete as per instruction of EIC.

Providing / daily engaging /Hiring of vehicle : Four wheeler fibre body covered, diesel jeep 'Bolero' model Or equivalent vehicle, on hire charge basis for 12 hours for regular basis for two years, new vehicle not more than three years old from registration date of UP state only with taxi permit (commercial registration) and suitable to operate/run mostly in MP and UP state, for use of 12 hours per day for official work purposes, with driver holding valid driving licence & with applicable of following terms & conditions.The rate includes all types of taxes /charges of insurance and lubricants, mobile oil , other maintenance charge etc as required for vehicle operation including wages of drivers as per labour laws. Contractor should posseses Vehical registration card (RC), Fitness certificate, Valid taxi permit, Valid first party comprehensive insurance, Polution clearance certificate, Valid driving licence of driver, noterised affidevit indicating non involvement of the contractor in any criminal case Hiring of vehicle inclusive of driver For jeep plying generally outside mines for 12 hours per day use (With A.C.). Note: Recovery at double the rate i.e. at the rate Rs 2640 per day shall be made for non reporting of vehicle for any day.

Cost of diesel For ave. daily running of 100km/day at an average diesel consumption of 12 km/lit for total contract on submission of log-book of vehical.Note: on basis of actual total kilometer running of vehicle as per authenticated logbook in each calender month.

Cost of toll /Entry Tax etc For movement of vehicle from UP to MP state entry.Entry tax for 365 days i.e. for 365 days Or limited as per actual entry days as per documentary evidence.
