Supply of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core 1.0 sq.mm PVC 04 (type-C) insulated having FR properties ISI marked cable (color Green) cable conforming to IS:694/1990 (Latest version) and for earthing and drawing in already laid PVC conduit pipe for wiring / sub main/ main as required including connection, testing and commissioning as per site required.

Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of 2+4 ways single door, sheet steel, 05 phosphatised, powder painted MCB DBs with bus bar, neutral link, Earth bar and din rail fitted with 63A isolator and 4 nos 6-16A MCB, Breaking capacity 10kA, 240/415V 50Hz with enclosure as required. MCB DBs conforming to IS13032, IS 8623, BS 5486 and MCB conforming to IS 8828:1996, IEC 60898:2002 or latest.

Design, supply, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of step down 3 KVA transformer wall/pole mounting type, input voltage single phase 220 Volt ± 10%, 50Hz AC supply and output voltage 48 Volts ±10% AC supply with Volt meter, ampere meter, indication lamp, high & low voltage and short circuit protection including made by CRCA sheet 1.6 mm thick with hinged cover locking arrangement and making hole in the bottom for cable entry with cable glands and supply & fixing of cable connector terminals etc. as required as per site required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of thermoplastic Cable junction boxes 07 IP65 and mechanical impact resistance IK 07 with membranes for cable entry with terminals suitable for cable 1.5-4.0sqmm, 11 elastic gasket membranes, closed cable entries, one cable entry in the bottom, suitable for entry & sealing of 6-18mm size cable with cable retention (2 pc.) for cable tie up to 6.5 mm width conforming to IEC 60670-22 and Burning behavior glow wire test IEC 60695-2-11.

Provision of Earth pit with supply and fixing of GI earth pipe medium class 4.5 mts 08 long, 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top, alternate layers of salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode. And Supply & laying of 6 SWG GI wire as conductor electrode in 15mm dia GI pipe including soldering etc connection should be done as per drawing attached and as per attached Specification.

Supply of LED Pit Light luminare of 16 Watt as AMTECH specification complete with Power Factor >0.9 input Voltage 48 V AC +10%, Frequency Range 50 HZ LED matrix 12 LED matrix Approximate light output 1300-1400 lumens, LED Driver- High brightness driver system, Source- PWM constant current, Reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection, Open circuit protection, material and insulation of driver- Fire retardant material (ABS & Polycarbonate). Diffuser- P12 prismatic polycarbonate & toughened glass, Tj (Junction temperature)- less than 90 degree 09 Centigrade of each LED after continuous operation of 12 Hrs. The whole luminare fixture shall be provided with high impact resistance i.e. IK10. The whole luminare fixture shall be ensure tightness level of IP67 and all accessories of luminare shall be prewired upto the terminal block and the connecting lead shall be 3 core (Phase, Neutral, Earth), PVC insulated of suitable size and minimum 10 meter long. Luminare shall be locking and mounting arrangement. The dimension of Luminare shall be 290 mm long, 210 mm width and 72 mm depth. Note:- LED fitting shall have replacement guarantee for satisfactory performance & manufacturing defects for a period of 60 months from the date of commissioning (Successful tenderer shall submit WARRANTEE GUARANTEE (WG) @ 10% of the Contract Value of this item in the prescribe format before claiming the payment for this item)
