Mechanical compaction of earth work as per RDSO's Standard specification in layers 4 not exceeding 300mm to achieve at least 98% maximum dry density with contractor's own heavy vibratory roller( 10/12 tonne each) labours, tools, plants and consumable complete as directed by the site Engineer. Necessary facilities for field compaction test will be set up by the contractor at his own cost.

Supplying & filling of granular back fill materials behind wings abutments & return walls in layers not exceeding 300 mm thick and it's consolidation complete with all lead lifts. Descends/ascends, crossing of track, river, nallah and channels etc with contractor's materials labour and tools & plants. The Back filled materials shall consist of GW.GP and SW group as per 15:1498-1970 and be filled and completed as per approved plan and direction of Engineer in- charge.

Providing well packed boulders to thickness not less than 600mm as approved by engineer behind abutment, wing & return wall with all lead lift descend, ascend and crossing of track. Nallah. Fencing, river etc, complete job with all labour and materials.

Supplying and fixing 50mm dia PVC Pipe for weep holes in abutments, wing & return wall etc complete with contractor's materials, labour, tools & plants etc. as per direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Supply of skilled worker for keeping watch on ongoing works and maintaining progress of works, assisting in taking and calculating levels, ranging, surveying, toe marking of earth fill etc. (For "B"Area)

Supply of unskilled worker for assisting in monitoring of quality control, track safety, act as look out man for officials & staff working in running line, assisting in giving progress to maintainer etc. (For "B" Area)

Providing CC M-10(1:3:6) with 40 mm stone aggregate, coarse sand and cement in lean 10 concrete in foundation & flooring including hailing out or pumping of water and laying concrete under water if required, including supplying, fixing and removal of form work, including cost of labour, shuttering. moulds, T&P, plants, materials (excluding cement) etc. complete with all lead, lift, ascend, descend, crossing of track, nallah, fencing, river etc. complete job cement will be paid separately).

Providing C.C. M-15 in foundation of pier and retaining wall in 150mm thick layer with 11 stone ballast of max. size 40mm and of approved quality and grading including fixing and removal of all shuttering/moulds with contractor's own materials excluding cement and including cost of all centering shuttering, plant and equipment labour, vibrating, tamping, curing finishing etc. complete job

Providing CC/RCC M-20 in foundation of pier and retaining wall with coarse aggregate 12 20mm gauge, coarse sand and cement in well steining/retaining wall including supplying fixing and removing of form work, curing as required with all leads, liftss, ascend/descend Xing of track, nallah, river and fencing all labour and materials excluding cost of cement as per specification (cement & steel will be paid separately).

Providing CC/RCC M-25 with 20 mm crusshed stone aggregate, coarse sand & cement in foundation, substructure & superstructure such as pier, abutment, wing wall, return wall coping etc. 13 incl. bailing out or pumping of water and laying concrete under water if required incl. supplying, fixing & removal of form work, with all cost including cost of labour, shuttering, mouldss, T&P materials, etc. with all lead, lift asscend, desscend, crosssing of track, nallah, fencing, river etc. complete job (Cement and ssteel will be paid separately).

Providing RCC, M-30/ M-35 design mix in RCC Box, Bed Block, Ballast Retainer, etc. with 20mm stone aggregate, coarse sand and cement Including laying concrete with consolidation 14 including curing and supplying fixing and removal of form work including cost of Laborer, Shuttering, Moulds, T&P materials etc. complete with all lead, lift, assecnt, descent, crossing of track, nallah, fencing, river etc complete job (@ 5566.50 + 31% above). Note: (1.) Cement and steel will be paid Separately as relavant items. (ii.) Dewatering if required shall be paid separately, 5 under relevant items.

Casting, laying and placing in position RCC in deck slab, anti-crash railing as per approved plan by RITES IRCON RDSO in design mix M 40/M-45 or any other design mix using 20min 15 and down gauge crushed stone graded coarse aggregate and coarse sand as per specifications or as per direction of Engineer in charge up to any height above ground level including all lead, lifts, shuttering, centering, finishing, carrying out all other temporary arrangement for construction of deck stab including cutting bending binding placing reinforcement, binding wire, using mixes vibrator for concrete curing for specified period including s lahour and is approved by the Engineer has to be by providing temporary arrangements to approved safety. The contractor has to subur and ging approval of temporary arrangement scheme including its design drawing/plans from the Railway authority. Note-The entire job rate includes entire cost of temporary arrangement approval construction and removed under running traffic conditions. The contractor will entirely responsible for all safety of workmen and railway installation of site. (Cement & Steel will be paid separately).

Supply and mixing the admistures such as accelerator, retarders, grouting admixtures surface retarders, super plasticizers of approved quality with contractor's tools and plants. Labour and 16 materials including loading. unloading lead lift, descent, taxes, royalty, freight, incidental charges etc Complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge Admixtures shall be confirmed to IS 9103-1979 and shall be provided from recognized manufactures such as FOSROC MC Bauchemic, Asian laboratories, ROFFE & PIDILITE Payment shall be made consumed quantity only.

Providing and fixing 100mm dia Drainage sput with grating complete as per approved drawing and technical specification including all bends and other fittings as a complete job Executing the work in safe manner in running Railway traffic condition.

Providing and fixing 150mm nominal dia B class G.I. rain water pipe including the cost of all fittings, welding, clamps and fixing with anchor in concrete etc at all height with all lab our and material as a complete job. Executing the work in safe manner running traffic condition.

Providing and fixing 65mm dia NB GI pipe B class with 25mm tick base plate. 12mm thick MS plate 1.00m centre to centre and 16mm dia U bolts as per approved drawing. The rate includes all labour and material as complete jobs and also includes one coat priming and two coats of 19 painting of approved brand and quality Providing and fixing 65mm nominal dia B class G1 pipe in three parallel rows for foot path railing as per approved drawing including the cost of MS angle and channels in vertical post including the cost of welding one coat of priming & two coats of painting of approved brand at all heights with all labour and material as a complete job. Executing the work in safe manner in running Railway traffic condition.

Supplying and filling local sand in plinth and under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing working drawing on Auto-CAD and details of foundation, RCC sub-structure. composite/PSC Girder, RCC deck slab along with bearing and design of supporting structure acress the 21 proposed track for the complete ROB including approaches and diversion etc. (excluding railway portion i.e. main span) of ROB 02 over NH-28 laying between Khalilabad-Bhagauli. The work shall include seismic analysis of each element of structure along with submission of detailed design calculations Design & drawing shall be submitted in haed copy(three sets) as well as in soft copy.

Providing and applying tack coat (before BM and SDBC work) with bitumen emulsion 26 (MS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and air compressor. As per MORTH specification no. 503

Providing and laying Bituminom macadam Grade-II 75 mm thick with 100-120 TPI boot mix plant producing an average output 75 tones per hour using crushed aggregate( Dalla quarry) of 27 specified grading premixed with bituminous binder with Bitumen 60/70 grade, transported at site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. and per MORT & H specification 504

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous concrete Grade-II, 25 mm thick with 100- 120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tons per hour using approved crushed 28 aggregate ( Dalla quarry) of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder(CRMB-55 grade) @ 5.00 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site. laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheel, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause no. 508 complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing reinforced each retaining wall for approach ramps with M-35 grade precast reinforced concrete plain finish panels in cruciform shape including cost of all panest joints 29 temporary formwork scaffolding all lifts and leads, labaorus plant hire, material storage and handling expenses reinforcing strips. Transport to site all fixtures drainage arrangement design drawing ng supervision. Taxes, etc required for the proper completion of work as per clause 3100 of MORT&H specification 2001.

DSR item no.16.81 17 Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size Schedule To Item Directory -Not Applicable 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal embers/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall 30 be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in- Charge.

Hiring of JCB Machine (in good working condition) for leveling and dressing ground/ 39 dismantling structures including disposal of debris through dumpers etc. with contractor's labour, JCB machine. Machine operator. Fuel, etc. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.

Item no.021430 of USSOR/2012 Hiring and operating Multi-Utility vehicle of loading capacity one MT with sitting capacity of 4/6 persons, 4 strokes, 4 cylinders engine, factory-built metal 40 body, cargo, box type or passenger cabin type or both (with 24 hours availability), including cost of fuel, lubricants, major/minor repairs, salary of driver, toll tax, all other tax complete, operation and maintenance including running upto 1200 km in a month. The vehicle shall run on pucca, kutcha road and along the track. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicles for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old

Item no.021440 of USSOR/2012 Extra over item no. 021430 for every additional km or part thereof over 1200 km in a month

Any other items of work not covered by the above items but based on the USSOR/2012 edition with latest correction slips.

Supplying of P.P.C of grade as required by Engineer in charge at site confirming to IS 43 1489 manufactured by reputed firm such as ACC. Jaypee. L&T and Birla etc. as approved by Engineer in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes testing leads, lifts, loading. Unloading of cement to IOW's godown/site godown.(The payment shall be made for the consume quantity only).

Supplying of Ordinary Portland Cement 43 grade manufactured by reputed firm such as 44 Birla, L&T, ACC. JAYPEE and GUJRAT AMBUJA etc. as per specification and confirming to 1S:3112-89. The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes testing leads, lifts loading unloading of cement to IOW's godown/site godown. (The payment shall be made for the consume quantity only).

Providing & supplying TMT Fe-500 High yield strength cold twisted or hot rolled deformed reinforcement bars, as per specifications and relevant 15 Code of all dia in all type of reinforced structure as per approved plan or as directed by Engineer in charge, including all descend, ascends, crossing of nallahs and any other obstructions at site with all labour and materials as a complete job This rate includes loading, unloading, leading and staking of material at site or as 45 directed by Engineer in charge. The payment shall be made for the fabricated steel reinforcement as per approved drawings.Note: All Reinforcement Steel (TMT Bars) and Structural Steel shall be procured as per specifications mentioned in BIS's documents IS: 1786 and IS: 2062 respectively. Independent tests shall be conducted, wherever required, to ensure that the materials procured conform to the specification. These steel shall be procured only from those firms. Which are Established? Reliable, Indigenous & Primary Producers of Steel. having Integrated Steel Plants (ISP), using iron ore as the basic raw materials and having in- house iron rolling facilities, followed by production of liquid steel and crude steel, as per Ministry of Steel's guidelines.

Design, manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position of the single strip seal 46 expansion joints with movements up-to 70mm as per MOST circular No RW/NI1-43059/1/96-S&R dt.17- 7- 97 & 31-3-97 duly supplemented by manufactures specifications.
