Supply of Double walled corrugated(DWC) pipe (Elex/Telerex/Optirex or similar) for underdround power/communication/signal/OFC/ protection with IS: 14930 part-II mark on duly printed at every one meterinterval it along with the socket/coupler and T joint with "IP 67" protrction for coupling wherevery required. The HDPE pipe shall be rodent proof and fire resistant and size of outer Dia 90 mm/ Inner Dia 76 mm.

Supply, fixing of HDPE pipe 120 mm dia as per relevent IS through trenchless method and laying of 11 one number LT/ HT XLPE cable 11000 V grade (size not exceeding 400 sq. mm) at a depth of not less than 1 mtr. or as per site requirement below ground level (under the Road) connection etc complete in all respect concerning to IS: 1255:1983. (Note:- Pre-dispatch inspection of HDPE Pipe is to be carried out by the authorized representative of the Dy.CEE/Colony, before supply and installation.)

Laying of one number LT XLPE cable 1100 V grade (size not exceeding 400 sq. mm) at a depth of not less than 1 mtr. below ground level including excavation , sand cushioning , protective covering with bricks on sides & top and refilling the trench, connection etc as required complete in all respect concerning to IS: 1255:1983.

Laying of one number LT/HT cable open/air with clamping arrangement as per site requirement complete in all respect concerning to IS: 1255:1983, including end terminations with Aluminium crimping socket/lugs testing and commissioning as required.

Laying of one number additional LT/HT cable open/air with clamping arrangement as per site requirement complete in all respect concerning to IS: 1255:1983, including end terminations with Aluminium crimping socket/lugs testing and commissioning as required.

Laying of LT cable along/across the road through high density Polthelene pipe complete in all respect at a depth of not less than 1 mtr. the ground level as required complete in all respect concerning to IS: 1255:1983.

Cutting of cement concreate/pitch road including making pucca road by cement concreate/pitch as per site requirement after laying of cable/HDPE pipe for making cable trench work complete in all respect. (362.5 mtrs x 0.40 mtr .x 0.2 mtr.= 29 cu.mtr.)

Dismantling of existing single rail pole and handed over to railway representative.

Supply design ,fabrication, testing and commissioning of custom built sheet steel clad dust and vermin proof floor mounted type kiosks {IS: 13947/(Pt.-I)1993 or latest} of size (Approx. 1090mm x760mm x650mm) to accommodate 400 Amp. Bus-bar Chamber {including supply and fixing of busbar chamber with 4 23 strips alluminium busbars of size (50x8) sq.mm, with provision of suitable hole for cable connection along with all hardware, insulator and accessories including earthing the body suitable for 400Amp, 415 V. 50Hz complete etc as required} complete in all respect and incoming/ outgoing cable of as per direction of site engineer with foundation 600 mm from above the ground level and 300 mm from below the ground level, made of M.S. angle 50 mm x50 mm x 6mm, duly grouted with 1:3:6 (1 cement :3corase sand :6graded aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 3 sides brick wall from ground to kiosk with plaster. MS sheet 2 mm thick and duly painted with synthetic enamel spray paint (double coating) including all hardware and accessories.

Bus-bar Chamber {including supply and fixing of busbar chamber with 4 strips alluminium busbars of size (50x4) sq.mm, with provision of suitable hole for cable connection along with all hardware, insulator and accessories including earthing the body suitable for 200Amp, 415 V. 50Hz complete etc as required} complete in all respect and incoming/outgoing cable of as per direction of site engineer with foundation 600 mm from above the ground level and 300 mm from below the ground level, made of M.S. angle 50 mm x50 mm x 6mm, duly grouted with 1:3:6 (1 cement :3corase sand :6graded aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 3 sides brick wall from ground to kiosk with plaster. Supply and erecting of stay set arrangement (Complete galvanised) 19mm dia x 1.8M long stay rod, anchor plate of size 30cmx30cm x 6.4mm thimble stay clamps, turn buckle 19mmx60cm/bow tightner, 7/4.00 G.I.wire, guey insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3corase sand :6graded aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation, including, excavgatin etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and making Maintenance free earthing arrangement, complete in all respect. Electrode 31 Material-Copper claded steel conductors, Length 3000 mm O shell dia 50 mm, O shell thickness 3.25 mm, Inner shell dia = 25 mm, Inner shell thickness 3.25 mm,Terminal size 30 x 10/12 x 12 .Soil Enhancing Earthing compound 50kg, expected trouble free service 15-20years, Earthing will be as per CEE Specification No.CEE/Maintenance free earthing/July 2009 including Amendement No.1 or Latest. (All material will be supplied by the Contractor).

Making of earthing arrangement and earth pit complete with making of pipe earth electrode burying 32 of G.I. pipe medium class 4.5 M long 40 mm dia vertically having 12 mm dia hole spacing 75 mm apart drilled up to 2 mtr. from the bottom masonary enclosure on top, alternate layers of salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode, supply and laying of 6 SWG GI wire as conductor elctrode in 15 mm dia GI pipe including soldering etc. complete in all respect as per per IS: 3043/1987 and drawing. (G.I. pipe and other materials will be supplied by the Contractor)

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of custem build sheet steel clad dust and vermin proof floor mounted type LT panel board of size approx. (3.60 Mtr length.x 1.875 Mtr height x.0.90 Mtr. width) (Manufacturer/make as per CEE's Specification No. CEE/Spec/LT Panel with 400 Amp. ACB/06 Alteration-I ,September -2009) complete in all respect including the following works & aceessories to accommodate in the L.T. Panel:- (i)Cleaning and painting of above panel with synthetic enamel spray paint (double coating) as per direction of Engineer in charge at site. (ii)Grouting and installation of the above LT panel at site with MS channel and other hardware as required. (iii) Supply and inter connection of busbar of suitable rating with switch gear including hard ware & insulater covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves etc as required. (iv)Supply and fixing of copper bus-bar through out the L.T. Panel length and height with 4 copper strips of size 80x10 sq. mm suitable for 800A,415V,50 Hz complete as required with provision of suitable hole for cable 34 connection along with all hardware, insulator and all accessories of suitable length as per size of panel.(v) Supply. Installation, testing and commissioning of Indication lamp. Red. Yellow and Blue for incoming and outgoing feeder (06 Nos.). (vi) Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Volt Meter (0-500V), 96x96 mm associated with selector control fuse with base carrier etc. digital type-02 No. (vii)Supply, instalaltion, testing ,commissioning and wiring of CT operated Ammeter (0-400A) with selector switch associated CT for 3 phase etc. digital type (02 No.) (viii) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Trivector Meter class 0.5, 3ph, 4 Wire, 240 V (L-N) 5A , Conforming to IS:13779/1999. (x) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MCCB 250Amps, 4 pole breaking capacity 35/36 kA at 415 V, 50Hz complete including hard wares etc as required, Conforming to IS:13947 Pt.-2/1993 or latest. (05 No.).(xi) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MCCB 100Amps, 4 pole breaking capacity 25 kA at 415 V, 50Hz, complete as required, Conforming to IS/IEC:60947 Pt.-2:2003 or latest. (01 No.) (xii) Supply , installation ,testing and commissioning of three phase flush type panel mounted electronic energy meter LCD Display in 96x96 sq.mm. as per CEE's Specification No. CEE/Spec/LT Panel with 400 Amp. ACB/06 Alteration-I ,September -2009. Design, Fabrication, supply, erection (with RCC+ RBC foundation, pucca Cable trench etc.) testing, connection and commissioning of 500kVA Compact Substation(CSS) complete in all respect as per site requirement. The module shall comprise of 1 Nos. 500 KVA substation , plingth mounted. The Sub station shall have complete HT switch gear, one transformer and LT switch gear. HT Switchgear, LV switchgear and Vacuum Interruptor shall be of same Make as CSS OEM. CSS shall be supplied by OEM only, system integrator/ JV partners are not acceptable. CSS enclosure should be duly type tested for Internal Arc test by CPRI and as per 37 CEE/NER Spec. No. CEE/CSS/17 dt.13/19.06.2017 including up to Corrigendum No.L/S/P/ PCEE's Specification/Pt-IX/804 Dt.19.09.2022 or latest. Each compact substation consisting of: - a) One no. copper wound Dry type 500 KVA 11 KV/0.433 KV Transformer .b) One no. RMU with 3 compact VCB of 630 A. c) One no. Capacitor Bank 150 KVAR (APFC Panel) d) One no. LT Panel having 02 incomer of 1250 A, ACB EDO type and 01 outgoing of 800A, 433V, 4-P MCCB, 02 outgoing of 400A, 433V, 4-P MCCB & 01 outgoing of 250A, 433V, 4-P MCCB with suitable Digital Ammeter, 02 Numbers Digital Voltmeter, LED phase indicator Lamp RYB colour, HRC fuse, Selector Switch, copper bus bar, Safety items (Danger board, fire extinguisher, rubber mat, earthing pole) etc. complete in all respect. Note: - LT incomer & LT outgoing will be connected through suitable current rating of copper bus bar in LT side panel.(Note :- CSS (excluding foundation) shall be inspected at manufacturer's premises by the RITES.)
