The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing a composite work comprising of Track work and Civil work, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Alternatively, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed Track work and Civil work separately, with the following requirements: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of each separate cost of work (Track and Civil Work), - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of each separate cost of work (Track and Civil Work), - One similar work costing not less than 60% of each separate cost of work (Track and Civil Work). The separate costs of work are Rs. 59934277.14 for Track Work and Rs. 95334847.45 for Civil work. The work experience must be completed within the last 07 years. Additionally, the bidder needs to furnish a list of works completed in the last seven years, including details such as description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of completion. The bidder is also required to have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The Performance Guarantee (PG) should be 5% of the original contract value. Technical staff, including one qualified Graduate Engineer or one qualified Diploma Holder Engineer, should be available at site whenever required by the Engineer-in-charge, depending on the cost of the work to be executed. The bidder should submit requisite information as per the given requirements, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
