The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 07 years. The similar works should have a value of: - Not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - Not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - Not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed similar works for each component, with values of: - Not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for three similar works, - Not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for two similar works, - Not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for one similar work. A substantially completed work is defined as an ongoing work where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. No previous work experience of subcontractor is required for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Similar work is defined as any Consultancy involving Joint Feasibility Report (JFR)/ Detailed Project Report (DPR) of ROB/ Bridge/ RUB/ ROR. The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.
