Supply, recessing and fixing of PVC conduit pipe 25 mm (Medium) dia conforming to IS:9537/Part 04 III/ 1983 (Latest Version) with accessories i.e. bend, elbow, junction box etc. including making chase, plastering/ clamping etc. and making the wall good in and original condition with white washing/ coloring etc. as per site requirement.

Supply and wiring of 4.0 sq.mm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core FR cable conforming to IS:694/1990 (Latest version) and drawing in laid (recessed/surface) PVC conduit pipe for05 wiring of point wiring/circuit wiring/ sub main/ main as required including connection , testing and commissioning as required.

Supply and wiring of 6.0 sq.mm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core FR 06 cable conforming to IS:694/1990 (Latest version) and drawing in laid (recessed/surface) PVC conduit pipe for wiring of point wiring/circuit wiring/ sub main/ main as required including connection ,testing and commissioning as required.

Supply of PVC insulated multi standard copper conduct single core cable 1 sq mm pvc (type c) 07 insulated having FR properties ISI marked cable, (color- Green), IS:694/2010 or Latest and for earthing and drawing in already laid PVC conduct pipe for wiring /sub main /Main as required including connection testing and commissioning as per site req.

Supply, fixing, connection, testing and commissioning of Automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel with 7% detuned harmonic filter of capacity: 125 KVAR suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz power supply and as per attached specification (RITES inspected material to be provided/used).

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 10 stage 155kVAr (2+3+5+10+15+20+25+25+25+25) cubicle type APFC panel made out of 14/16 SWG sheet metal duly powder coated, dust & vermin protected, suitably ventilated for cooling, complete with power and control wiring with multi strand copper wire, with Siemens grey shade RAL 7032 complete as per Tech Spec-V or latest & consisting of following switchgears: - i) TP MCCB 09 400 Amps. 36 KA = 01 No. (Incoming) ii) RYB indication lights: 01 sets iii) 0-400A Ammeter with ASS and CT: 01 set. iv) 0-500V voltmeter with VSS : 01 set v) 400 TP copper bus bars with neutral link for control circuit vi) 12 stage microprocessor based APFC relay: 01 No. vii) MPP type round capacitor rated 440V, 3 ph.AC : 155 kVAr viii) Capacitor duty contractors as per kVAr rating: 10 nos. ix) Stage protection MCB/MCCB of suitable rating: 10 nos. x) Stage ON indication lights : 10 nos. xi) Cooling fans with MCB- 02 Nos and as per attached specification (RITES inspected material to be provided/used).
