The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work within the last 7 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should have carried out Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Solar power generating system of at least 10 KWp. For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience is required for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The bidder is also required to furnish a list of works completed in the last three financial years, including details such as description of work, organization, approximate value of contract, and dates of award and completion. Furthermore, the bidder must provide information on works on hand, plant and machinery, and personnel available and proposed to be engaged for the subject work.
