Supply of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core 1.0 sq.mm PVC 05 (type-C) insulated having FR properties ISI marked cable (color Green) cable conforming to IS:694/1990 (Latest version) and for earthing and drawing in already laid PVC conduit pipe for wiring / sub main/ main as required including connection, testing and commissioning as per site required.

Fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of LED Pit Light luminare 16/20 watt 06 and catwalk light luminare of 22 watt on the washing pit column with the help of G.I. strip clamps & bolt fastener and making anti-theft arrangement of LELD washing pit light including with all material as per direction of engineer-

Supply of LED Pit Light luminaire of 16 Watt as AMTECH specification complete with Power Factor >0.9 input Voltage 48 V AC +10%, Frequency Range 50 HZ LED matrix 12 LED matrix Approximate light output 1300-1400 lumens, LED Driver- High brightness driver system, Source- PWM constant current, Reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection, Open circuit protection, material and insulation of driver- Fire retardant material (ABS & Polycarbonate). Diffuser- P12 prismatic polycarbonate & toughened glass, Tj (Junction temperature)- less than 90 degree Centigrade of each LED after continuous operation of 12 Hrs. The whole luminaire fixture shall be 07 provided with high impact resistance i.e. IK10. The whole luminaire fixture shall be ensure tightness level of IP67 and all accessories of luminaire shall be prewired upto the terminal block and the connecting lead shall be 3 core (Phase, Neutral, Earth), PVC insulated of suitable size and minimum 10 meter long. Luminaire shall be locking and mounting arrangement. The dimension of Luminaire shall be 290 mm long, 210 mm width and 72 mm depth. Note:- LED fitting shll have replacement guarantee for satisfactory performance & manufacturing defects for a period of 60 months from the date of commissioning (Successful tenderer shall submit WARRANTEE GUARANTEE (WG) @ 10% of the Contract Value of this item in the prescribe format before claiming the payment for this item), LED Pit Light luminaire of 16 Watt complete shall be inspected by RITES as per specification at the manufacture premises and inspection cost shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply of LED Catwalk Light luminaire of 22 Watt as AMTECH specification complete with Power Factor >0.9 input Voltage 48 V AC +10%, Frequency Range 50 HZ LED matrix 15 LED matrix Approximate light output 1600-1700 lumens, LED Driver- High brightness driver system, Source- PWM constant current, Reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection, Open circuit protection, material and insulation of driver- Fire retardant material (ABS & Polycarbonate). Diffuser- P12 prismatic polycarbonate & toughened glass, Tj (Junction temperature)- less than 90 degrees Centigrade of each LED after continuous operation of 12 Hrs. Design, supply, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of step down 3 KVA transformer wall/pole mounting type, input voltage single phase 220 Volt ± 10%, 50Hz AC supply and output voltage 48 Volts ±10% AC supply with Volt meter, ampere meter, indication lamp, high & 09 low voltage and short circuit protection including made by CRCA sheet 1.6 mm thick with hinged cover locking arrangement and making hole in the bottom for cable entry with cable glands and supply & fixing of cable connector terminals etc. as required as per site required.Supply and fixing of MS conduit pipe 25 mm dia 2mm thick conforming to IS:9537/Part II/ 1981 (Latest Version) with accessories, junction box etc. including cleating/ clamping/fixing on wall/pillar at suitable interval etc as per direction of Engg-in-charge. (RITES inspected material to be provided/used)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of thermoplastic Cable junction boxes IP65 and mechanical impact resistance IK 07 with membranes for cable entry with terminals suitable for cable 1.5-4.0sqmm, 11 elastic gasket membranes, closed cable entries, one cable entry in the 10 bottom, suitable for entry & sealing of 6-18mm size cable with cable retention (2 pc.) for cable tie up to 6.5 mm width conforming to IEC 60670-22 and Burning behavior glow wire test IEC 60695-2- 11.Supply and fixing of MS conduit pipe 25 mm dia 2mm thick conforming to IS:9537/Part II/ 1981 (Latest Version) with accessories, junction box etc. including cleating/ clamping/fixing on wall/pillar at suitable interval etc as per direction of Engg-in-charge. (RITES inspected material to be provided/used)

Supply and erection of CEE type insulated, interlocked 63 Amp 5 Pin socket & plug system fitted with 63 Amp 4 pole, breaking capacity- 10kA, MCB including internal wiring and other accessories. IP protection class: IP66/IP67

Installation and Commissioning of LED Street Light/Flood Light fitting on pole including connection with Twin core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm complete in all respect. (LED Street Light/Flood Light fitting will be supplied by Railway)

Laying of LT cable of required size in open/ air /along wall with clamping arrangement. Cable laying work shall be governed by IS :1255/1983.(cable supplied by Railway).

Provision of Earth pit with supply and fixing of GI earth pipe medium class 4.5 mts 14 long, 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top, alternate layers of salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode. And Supply & laying of 6 SWG GI wire as conductor electrode in 15mm dia GI pipe including soldering etc connection should be done as per drawing attached and as per attached Specification.
