Provision, making, testing and commissioning of copper earthing arrangement with copper earth plate of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.00 mm thick, including all accessories and providing masonry enclosure with 04 pit cover plate having locking arrangement watering pipe (25 mm dia GI pipe 'B' class), salt, charcoal etc and 40 mm x 6 mm copper earth strip in 50 mm dia GI pipe 'B' class from earth electrode to ground surface. As per drawing no. DRM/Elec/IZN/1-99. The earth resistance shall be less than 5 ohm for individual earth pit and code of practice as per IS: 3043 amendment up to date.

Design, Fabrication, supply, Fixing and Connecting of LT Distribution box made of 1.6 mm. thick cold rolled steel sheet of size 600 mm (L) x 450 mm (W) x 300 mm (D) with provision of double hinged door feeder pillar box (Cubical type) suitable locking arrangements, proper hole in the bottom for cable entry (incoming & out going cables) with cable gland of suitable size 04 No, MS channel of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm should be 07 fixed across the panel for grouting on the foundation, size 1220 mm high X 800mm length and 600mm width, (610 mm under the earth & 610 mm above the earth) earthing terminals and panel shall be powder coated (paint) greenish grey shade with supply and fixing of TPN copper bus bar 600 Amps of size 40 mm x10 mm- 01 Set with provision of water proofing and installation on Providing and making foundation to the above feeder pillar box (cubical type) in CC 1:2:4 with stone aggregate of size (1220 mm high x 800 mm length and 600 mm width) with fine finish to expose surface, to coats white wishing including excavation of foundation, making proper size hole for incoming and outgoing cables. Grouting of holding down bolt in CC (size of bolt 150 mm long 16mm dia) as per direction of engineer in charge at site.

Supply and recessing/fixing of PVC Conduit pipe 25 mm (Medium) conforming to IS 9537/ Part III/1983 (Latest version) with accessories, junction box, etc including making chase, plastering/ clamping etc as per technical specifications

Supply of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core HRFR cable 1.5 Sq. mm conforming to IS: 694 (latest version) and drawing in laid (recessed /surface) PVC conduit pipe for Earth Wire as required as per technical specification including connections, testing and commissioning.

Supply of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core HRFR cable 2.5 Sq. mm conforming to IS: 694(latest version) and drawing in laid (recessed /surface) PVC conduit pipe for wiring of point wiring/ circuit wiring/sub main/Main as required as per technical specification including connections, testing and commissioning.

Supply and Erection of Modular Metal boxes concealed Boards suitable for mounting of 3 module white finish single mounting cover plate with Frame and Modular type piano switches/ plug Socket, fan regulators. Metal board boxes are to be concealed in wall.

Supply and Erection of Modular Metal boxes concealed Boards suitable for mounting of 8 module white finish single mounting cover plate with Frame and Modular type piano switches/ plug Socket, fan regulators. Metal board boxes are to be concealed in wall.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of SPN MCB Distribution Board 4 Way double door made with 1.2 mm thickness CRCA sheet fully powder coated of 50-70 micron with 01 No. MCB 02 Pole 40 Amp 10 KA 230V as incoming and 02 Nos. MCB of 6-25 Amp single pole 10 KA 230 Volt as outgoing complete in all respect including connection as required.

Fixing, testing & commissioning of LED tube light fitting 22 watts including making of hole in the wall by drill machine for fixing for fitting with 2 no. rowel plugs, 02 no. screws and wiring connection with existing ceiling rose, complete in all direction of engineer in charge. Note:- LED tube light fitting will be supplied by the railway at site.

Supply, making testing & commissioning of pipe earthing arrangement with GI pipe 'B' class , 40 26 mm dia 4.50 mtrs , long including accessories & providing masonry enclose with cover plate of 16 SWG M.S. having locking arrangement watering pipe ,salt ,charcoal etc. as per drg NO DRM / Elect/IZN /1-89 to achieve earth resistance less than10 ohms and connecting the equipment with 6 SWG G. wire as per site requirement .Earthing shall be done on the basis of code of practice for earthing as per IS:3043/1987.

Installation, connection with Twin core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor HRFR cable of size 14/0.193 mm (0.41 Sq. mm) testing and commissioning of 1200/ 1400 mm sweep AC ceiling fan/Air Circulator (on the installed CI/MS Box) including earthing as per technical specification. (Note:- A.C. Ceiling fan/Air Circulator in packed conditions will be supplied by Railways.)

Supply and fixing of Hot dip galvanized perforated type cable tray of size 100 mm width x 50 mm height made with 14 SWG sheet The Galvanization of the cable tray shall be conforming to IS:2629/1985 latest version and IS:4759/1996 latest version. All material required for fixing of cable tray i.e., hardware, fasteners will be supplied by contracor.

Supply and fixing of Hot dip galvanized ladder type cable tray cover of size 100 mm width x 50 mm height made with 18 SWG sheet The Galvanization of the cable tray shall be conforming to IS:2629/1985 latest version and IS:4759/1996 latest version. All material required for fixing of cable tray i.e., hardware, fasteners will be supplied by contracor.

Supply and fixing of Coupler plate with hardware for 50 mm Height Hot dip galvanized/powder coated type trays. The Galvanization of the Coupler plate shall be conforming to IS:2629/1985 latest version and IS:4759/1996 latest version. All material required for fixing of Coupler plate i.e., hardware, fasteners will be supplied by contracor.
