Fixing connecting testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting 90 watt and 30 LED Flood light on pole/ covered shed including supply and connection with twin core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq.mm complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge at site. Note:-LED street light fitting will be supplied by railway at site.

Dismantling of existing erected MS Tublar pole/Rail pole including removing of cross arm bracket with insulator, overhead conductor complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge at site. Note:- All materials to be handed over to the concerned engineer in-charge at site.

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning 16-meter long high mast lighting system complete with the following works: -1.1 Supply of 16-meter high mast system: - The mast shaft shall be in two sections hot dip galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875 part 3. There shall be only one longitudinal seam weld per section and no circumferential weld. The mast shall have an integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box at the base 32 compartment for its operation. 1.2 Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates & common template (Set 01) 1.3 Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LED flood light fixture 250-watt, power factor not less than 0.95 and LED driver should be constant voltage & current, and fitting should be IP 66-08 Nos.LED fitting shall conform to BIS specification No. 10322 (Pt.5/sec. 1)/2012 or latest. 1.4 Supply of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light. 1.5 Design & making of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar control panel with 63 Amps TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 45 Amps TP contractor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 02 no. 9 Amps contractors and raise lower push button, incoming 35 mm & outgoing 16 & 2.5 mm2 terminals. (set 01) 2. Erection Part:-2.1 Design construction & erection of suitable shallow foundation with M20 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/ sq.mtr at 2 mtr depth with all material & labour (Job-01) 2.2 Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipment and wiring of luminaries with all wiring material like PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor, cable lugs, MCB etc and all labours. 2.3 Provision of G.I. pipe earthing arrangement for high mast with 4.5 M long 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including connection to high mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm G.I. earth strip with all materials and labour as per Drg. No. DRM/Elec./IZN/16-89 (Nos 02) 2.4 Installation, testing and commissioning of control panel on suitable foundation including all material & labour (Job 01).Note:-1. High mast system should be as per enclosed specification. Note: - Complete High Mast system with LED flood light shall be inspected by the RITES as per specification at the manufacture premises and inspection cost shall be borne by the contractor. (Successful Tenderer shall submit WARRANTEE GUARANTEE (WG) @ 10% of the Contract Value of this item in the prescribed proforma before claiming the payment for this item.) Note: - High Mast and LED flood light fixture 250 Watt shall be guaranteed/warranted for a period of 60 months from the date of commissioning for satisfactory performance
