Supply and wiring of 6.0 sq.mm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single 04 core FR cable conforming to IS:694/1990 (Latest version) and drawing in laid (recessed/surface) PVC conduit pipe for wiring of point wiring/circuit wiring/ sub main/ main as required including connection ,testing and commissioning as required.

Supply and wiring of 10.0 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single 05 core FR cable conforming to IS:694/1990 (Latest version) and drawing in laid (recessed/surface) PVC conduit pipe for wiring of point wiring/circuit wiring/ sub main/ main as required including connection ,testing and commissioning as required.

Supply of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core 1.0 sq.mm PVC (type-C) insulated having FR properties ISI marked cable (color Green) cable conforming to IS:694/1990 (Latest version) and for earthing and drawing in already laid PVC conduit pipe for wiring / sub main/ main as required including connection, testing and commissioning as per site required.

Supply of Ceiling rose 3 plate as per IS No. 371/1999 or latest & installation on the junction box of laid conduit including connections, testing and commissioning as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fans including wiring along with supply of down rod of required length as per site condition. (Fan will be supplied by Railway)

Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Mobile Charging 09 Station made of 18 mm MDF with Deco Paint Branded Electric wiring with MCB. The Size of the system is Height 5', Width - 24 ", Base - 30" (It can be customized as per client requirement) The charging station is to charge 24 Nos. of Cell Phone/Laptop together at Single Place (12 Nos at Each Side). Branding of Mobile Charging station as desired by Railway.

Providing Distribution Board with incomer MCB TPN, 63 Amp - 1 No and outgoing MCB DP, 16/20/32 Amp - 6 Nos with time switch - 2 Nos and contactor - 2 Nos - The price shall cover for supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of pre-fabricated, double door, MCB distribution board fabricated from CRCA sheet steel, powder coated with grey finish, dust and vermin proof, water 10 resistant with metallic door complete with MCBs of 10 KA breaking capacity. The DB shall be equipped with incomer MCB TPN 63 Amp - 1 No and outgoing MCB DP, 16/20/32 Amp - 6 Nos Time switch, 16 Amp - 2 Nos and Single phase contactor of rating 32 Amp - 2 Nos.. The board shall be completely wired with multi-stranded copper wire of suitable capacity and shall be provided with heavy duty connectors of suitable capacity for termination of incoming and outgoing wires and shall be provided with two nos of earthing terminals on each side of the board and riveted metallic caution board in three languages.

Providing Distribution Board, outdoor type, floor mounted with incomer MCCB, four- pole, 250 Amp - 2 Nos and outgoing MCCB, four-pole, 100 Amp- 4 Nos with three-phase multifunctional meter - 2 Nos - The price shall cover for fabrication, supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT distribution board fabricated from 18 SWG CRCA sheet steel, powder coated with grey enamel, double door, wall/floor mounted, dust and vermin proof, water resistant, outdoor type confirming to relevant IS and complete with MCCBs and MCBs. The board shall have fabricated for three phase, four-wire, 440 Volt AC, 50 Hz supply system and shall consist of the following switchgears/accessories - (a) Incomer - MCCB, four-pole, 250 Amp, with thermal-magnetic release range 200 - 250 Amp, Ics = 100% Icu having 35 KA breaking capacity and conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2 with adjustable overload and short circuit settings and inbuilt instantaneous 11 protection. The MCCB shall be supplied with spreader terminals and rotary handle - 2 Nos (b) Outgoing - MCCB, four-pole, 100 Amp, with thermal-magnetic release range 80 - 100 Amp, Ics = 100% Icu having 35 KA breaking capacity and conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2 with adjustable overload and short circuit settings and inbuilt instantaneous protection. The MCCB shall be supplied with spreader terminals and rotary handle- 4 Nos (c) Digital multifunction meter having voltage, ampere, frequency, KW, PF, KVAR, KVA, KVAH, KWH, KVARH with CT --- 2 Nos (d) Bus bar for main circuit and neutral shall have uniform cross section and made from electrolytic tinned copper as per relevant standards with colour coded, heat shrinkable, PVC insulated and having current density of 1.6 Amp/sq. mm cross sectional area - 1 set (e) Multi LED type indication lamp for three phases (Red, Yellow and Blue) with protection fuses - 1 Set (f) Cable glands of required sizes - LOT (g) Two earth terminals of 12 mm diameter G.I. nut/bolt with washers shall be provided in the LT panel and all sheet steel section shall be electrically connected with a separate G.I. earth strip of 50 x 6 mm size across the panel at bottom. (h) Metallic Caution Board in three languages riveted to the panel board- 2 Nos.

Laying of LT cable of required size in open/ air /along wall with clamping arrangement. Cable laying work shall be governed by IS :1255/1983.(cable supplied by Railway).

Laying of one number XLPE cable of 1100V grade of size exceeding 25 sqmm but not exceeding 400 sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as req. Cable laying work shall be governed by IS :1255/1983.(cable supplied 13 by Railway). (I) This method involves digging a trench in the ground and laying cable(s) on a bedding of minimum 75 mm riddled soil or sand at the bottom of the trench, and covering it with additional riddled soil or sand of minimum 75 mm and protecting it by means of tiles, bricks or slabs. (II) Depth - The desired minimum depth of laying from ground surface to the top of cable is as follows: Low voltage and control cables -0.75 m, Cables at road crossings 1.00 m, Cables at railway level crossings (measured from bottom of sleepers to the top of pipe)- 1.00 m.

Laying of one number additional XLPE cable of 1100V grade of size exceeding 25 sqmm but not exceeding 400sqmm direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as req. Cable laying work shall be governed by IS :1255/1983.(cable supplied by Railway).

Cutting of CC work of road/ pit/ pillar & cutting horizontal chase (50 cm width x 15 cm 15 depth) in wall 15 cm grit in pit wall/ surface & supply of cement & sand covering/plastering of cut CC work under or side of pit pillar/road/track by cement & sand mortal after laying of cable/ fixing of Jn/ laying of CI/ GI Pipe/ HDPE pipe etc complete in all respect.

Design, manufacture, display, installation of wall/hanging/floor mounting type LED illuminated signage/directional boards in flat/half elliptical/Parabolic/Triangular shape. The display sheet shall be of unbreakable 040 translucent polycarbonate sheet of 2.0 to 3.0 mm thickness. The text/graphics matter visibility shall not be less than 160 deg. The approved colour text and graphics 16 shall be printed/router cut on monomeric calendared vinyl of 100 um thickness and shall be firmly pasted on display sheets. The mounting arrangement shall be hanging, wall mounting, ceiling mounting, pole mounting or floor mounting and as per site requirement to be provided by the contractor. The signage shall have the integral mounting arrangements with sturdy structural frame and ACP cladding on the back side of the signage to avoid rusting and entry of dust. The LED board shall have uniform illumination with 4 to 8 Watt/sq. feet and with brightness more than ambient light. Suitable sized end caps of 1.5 mm thick SS-304 should be provided.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 40 Watt weather proof LED Light fittings IP 65 complete with all associated accessories. The contractor shall provide the mounting arrangement for fittings as required at site and as per attached technical specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 120 watt high bay type LED light 18 fitting with complete accessories. The contractor shall provide the mounting arrangement for fittings as required at site.LED Light fitting complete shall be inspected by RITES as per attached specification at the manufacture premises and inspection cost shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 240 Watt LED Flood light IP 65 complete with all associate accessories. The contractor shall provide the mounting arrangement for fittings as required at site and as per attached technical specification .

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Slim surface mounted Round LED downlight 18 W, rated voltage 240 VAC, 50 Hz, operating voltage range 90-260 volt, operating 20 temperature range-10 degree C to +50 degree C, colour temperature 6000K, White powder coated, pressure die cast aluminum housing, integral Driver and accessories pre wired up to terminal block, luminaire lumen output not less than 2048 lumen complete in all respect and as per attached technical specification ..

Supply of Wall/ceiling/recess mounting type LED 2' x 2' square luminaire with CRCA 21 housing, polycarbonate diffuser suitable for 230 VAC, 50 Hz supply, minimum lumen output 2700 lumens, minimum PF 0.90, CRI more than 80, Degree of Protection IP 20 complete in all respect and as per attached technical specification . .

Supply of 18W LED downlight with surface mounted (Recess Type) size: 1x1 , diffuser material: polycarbonate, IP20 temp.: 6000K, rated voltage: 230 V AC 50 Hz confirming with relevant IS specificationsand as per attached technical specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 250 KVA silent DG set complete with three phase, 415V, 50 C/S , 0.8 P.F., AC a totally enclosed liquid cooled, , 6 inline cylinder, Diesel 25 engine developing suitable BHP at 1500 rpm, with alternator, standard control panel, Acoustic enclosures, residential silencer, Battery with leads, Fuel Tank & integral DG set controller complete CPCB-IV+ emission standards norms or as per latest CPCB/CAQM guidelines.DG set complete shall be inspected by RITES at the manufacture premises and inspection cost shall be borne by the contractor.

Provision of Earth pit with supply and fixing of GI earth pipe medium class 4.5 mts 26 long ,40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top, alternate layers of salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode. And Supply & laying of 6 SWG GI wire as conductor electrode in 15mm dia GI pipe including soldering etc connection should be done as per drawing attached and as per attached Specification.

Supply and making Maintenance free earthing arrangement for earthing in HV Length 27 = 3000 mm O shell dia = 50 mm, O shell thickness = 3.25 mm, Inner shell dia = 25 mm, Inner shell thickness = 3.25 mm, Terminal size 30 x 10/12 x 12 Galvanization Outer Shell 80-100 Microns, Inner Shell 200-300 Microns. Earthing will be as per CEE Specification No.CEE/Maintenance free earthing/July 2009 Amendment No.1. (All material will be supplied by the Contractor).

Providing & erecting Hot dipped Galvanized Perforated type cable tray manufactured from 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) Gl sheet of 300 mm width & 100 mm height comprising all required standard accessories.
