Supply, erecting testing and commissioning of gauges as required as per site/job. This item 19 includes following works. (1) 1 no. pressure gauge of suitable range in kg./cm. sq. (ii) 1 no. depth gauge of suitable range in Kg./cm. sq. (iii) 1 no. control clock. (iv) Suitable length of air line with all accessories. (v) Hand air pump.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of lifting tackle two tonnes capacity 4.5 meter lifting chain pulley block ISI mark. 25 mm dia.

Carrying out soil investigation at site of RCC tank for bearing capacity and other parameters for 1 designing the foundation for the satisfaction of Engineer incharge at the required depth as per the direction of engineer incharge. The quoted rates will including the cost of submitting the soil test report from the agency of repute as approved by the site engineer incharge (with contractors own tools and equipments if required) as per special condition of contract. The method of testing will be as per the direction of site engineer.

RCC as per design mir of M-25-30-35 in ROC column, bracing and stair case and landing as per approved plan for all heights and depths including cost of centring stuttering only steel or plywood stuttering will 3 be used scaffolding, cutting hooking, bending, binding including straightening placing and keeping in position all the reinforcement including cost of binding wire, mechanical mixer/vibrator rendering and finishing the exposed surface of RCC curing for specified period all labour and material as a complete job. (Except cement & steel which will be paid separately)

RCC as per design mix of M-25/M-30/M-35 in RCC bottom and top ring beam, bottom and top dome slab, cylindrical portion wall conical slab and ventilater slab etc. including foot steps in partation walls for the over heights and depths including providing and fixing M.S.clamps for CI pipe and making holes, making 4 fixing arrangements for steel ladder and lightening conductor including cost of centring. shuttering (only steel or plywood shuttering will be used) scaffolding, cutting, hooking, bending andkeeping and maintaining in position all the reinforcement including cost of binding wire, mechanical mixer/vibrator rendering and finishing exposed surface of RCC curing for specified period with all labour and material as complete job. (Except cement & steel which will be paid separately).

Providing & mixing in water proofing compound of approved quality in cement concrete mix as per direction of engineer water proofing compound to be get approved from the Engineer.

Applying and finishing the structure with water proofing cement paint two coats of approved quality as per directions of Engineer in charges at site with all labour and material and incidental work related to the job up to all height,

Supplying and fixing Water level indicator with floats teak wood gauge board pulley wire etc. as per approve plan for all heightand depths including cost of priming coat of red lead and painting two coats with synthetic enamel of approved quality and shade all labour and material as a complete job.

Providing and fixing Lighting Conductor 22 mm X 3mm copper strip with projection fixed to the center of the top slab of the ventilator with aluminium down conductor in accordance with IS specification including all height and earthing at 10m below including depth all labour and material as a complete job.

Supplying, laying and jointing G.I. Pipe line 150 mm dia for side filling, watering, arrangement along platform with provision of G.I. Tee at distance of C/C-3300 mm between two Tee and G.I. Flange 150 mm dia to be provided as per plan with all fitting required for work.

Provision of 19 mm thick cement plaster 1:2 including compound of water proofing treatment 3% 10 by weights of cement as perdrawing/directions of Engineer incharges to his entire satisfaction the work shall be complete in all respect with all labour and material misc. and incidental work related to the job up to all height. (Except cement which will be paid separately)

Providing and fixing manhole cover in top dome with 3 mm thick MS plate of size to be approved 11 by the engineer including welding with 40x5 mm MS plate with lifting hook including of MS frame of angled of size 40x20x5 mm hole approved plan including cost of synthetic enamel of approved quality and shade. All labour and material as a complete job.

Providing and fixing 830 mm internal dia top ventilator in the center of top dome with frame and 12 providing and fixing mosquito proof netting of approved quality as per approve plan for all heights and depths including cost of priming coat of red lead and painting two coats with synthetic enamel of approved quality and shade. All labour and material as a complete job.

Earthwork in filling in formation from Private land including benching, watering & ramming in layers 14 not exceeding 300mm in thickness including all leads, lifts, crossing of track, ascends/descends, fencing river etc. including dressing & levelling to final dimension with contactor's tolls & plants, labour complete in all respect including royalty & Octroi taxes etc.

Carrying out mechanical compaction of earthwork in layers not exceeding over 300mm in entire 15 width to obtained dry density 98% of MDD as per IS:2720 Part-VIII/RDSO's specification/special condition with contractor's heavy vibratory roller (10/12 Tones) labour tools and plants complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

"Providing, hoisting, leading, crossing the track, laying, placing in position precast rubberized moulded RCC (M-30) drain blocks over 50 mm (average) thick bed of fine sand. One segment of this precast RCC blocks will be of approximately 0.65 to 0.75 M Length, 0.0.25 to 0.35 M breadth, 0.14 to 0.16 M height. This block will consist of semi-circular shape of 0.60 to 0.65, meter wide with 0.070 to 0.080 meter deep at top of precast concrete block. Work includes filling of joints of block segments with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3coares sand). Work also includes cost of reinforcement, cement, finishing of surface etc as a complete 16 job. Work includes removal of heap of ballast in between tracks upto formation level where drain is to be laid. Work also includes leading and spreading of this ballast over all tracks of the yards equally upto an average lead of 20, meter. Work also includes requirement of multiple handling of ballast which is felling in excavated area due to working of trackman etc. work also includes excavation of formatting in between running tracks to place drain segment on sand bed. Work also includes leading of excavated formation earth upto a lead of 100 meter including crossing of track. Work also includes deployment of protection staff to ensure safety of the persons working in between tracks, Note:- 50% payment will be paid after casting & remaining 50% payment of amount will be paid after final laying.

"Providing, hoisting, leading, crossing the track, laying, placing in position precast rubberized moulded RCC (M-30) side drain blocks over 50 mm (average) thick bed of fine sand (Long side will be along the track). One segment of this precast RCC blocks will be of approximately 0.20 M Length, 0.30 M breadth, 0.05 M thick. . Work includes excavation of earth/soil/blanketing material in a width of 50 mm at both side of main drain 17 block, filling of joints of adjoining block segments with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand). Work also includes cost of cement, finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surface. Work also includes collection and putting back of spreaded stone ballast over the ballast profile of adjoining track. This item is a complete job to be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer. Tares includes all material and contingencies and nothing will be paid extra whatsoever the case may be. Note:- 50% amount will be paid after reaching material at site & remaining 50% amount will be paid after final laying to the site."

Providing of the yard drainage crossing below the running track with or without the traffic block. Work includes removal of Ballast below the running track, excavation of blanketing of formation to lay RCC pipe 18 below ballast level forr crossing of drainage system, refilling blanketing and its ramming and the consolidation putting back ballast under and around the track, boxing dressing, packing of ballast under the traffic block to ensure track without caution after the wok as a complete one job and nothing shall be paid extra whatsoever the may be. Note:- Cost of laying of pipaline and other materialshall be paid under the relevent.
