Fabrication assembly of IN Situ Glued insulated joints of G-3 (L) type broad gauge 52 kg /60 kg rails as per RDSO drawings No. T671-2572 with all contactors's materials to and from transportation of material octroi etc completed as 1 per instructions obtained in manual for glued insulated rail joints. This item is incusive of all ittings and accessories such as a- Long fish plate B -HTS bolts and nuts C- Punch washer. D insulated bush E - Insulated channels. F- 6 mm thick end posts G- Glue. H- Hardner. I - Glass cloth carrier and all the materials and fittings for clearing and assembling. excluding rail. J- Any other fiting and accessories required to fabricate "in-Situ Glued joint" in all respects as per RDSO Drg. No. T- 671T 2572 and specification contained in manual for in situ glued joints. Note In Situ glued joints shall be checked for insulation as per Railway satisfication. The glued joint should be have satisfactorily minium upto 6 (Six) month from date of laying in case of any defects detected in this period, the glued joints shall have to be replaced. Security money shall only be released ater certiication from Site in charge regarding satisfactory behavior of all glued joints minimum up to Six months from date of laying.

Assistance for welding of rails (60kg/52kg) on cess/Track by SKV process with contractor's own 4 nos semi skilled labour & fuel(2.5 litre Petrol /Weld ) . including trimming, grinding & finishing etc. complete. Trained welder, portion and 2 necessary equipment will be provided by Railway. This includes opening of fish plates, cleaning of joints increasing/spacing of sleepers at joints with providing required rail gap. This also include re-spacing of sleepers to provide uniform spacing and packing of disturb sleepers. Note 1. nothing will be paid in case no Block is granted .Note 2.Rates quoted are inclusive of all type of Taxes.

Manufacturing, fabrication and erecting in position whistleboard, curve boards, SEJ boards, creep posts, LWR post, shutting limit board, wicket gate, curve markerpost and rail fencing etc ( Rails, tie bars, MS steel section, sheets required for this shall be supplied by the Railway station/PWI/IOW's stores ( cement will be paid separately).
