[Size 1220 mm high x 800 mm length and 600 mm width (610 mm under the earth & 610 mm above the earth) with fine finish to exposed surface, two coats white washing including excavation of foundation, making proper size hole for incoming and outgoing cables. Grouting of holding down bolt in CC (size of bolt 150 mm long 16mm dia.) includes fixing of sub distribution box on CC foundation and as per direction of engineer in charge at site.

Supply, making testing & commissioning of pipe earthing arrangement with GI pipe 'B' class, 40 mm dia 4.50 mtrs, long including accessories & providing masonry enclosure with cover 25 plate of 16 SWG M.S. having locking arrangement watering pipe , salt , charcoal etc. as per Drg. NO. DRM / Elect/IZN /16-89 to achieve earth resistance less than 10 ohms and connecting the equipment with 6 SWG G.I. wire as per site requirement. Earthing shall be done on the basis of code of practice for earthing as per IS: 3043/1987.

Supply, making, testing and commissioning of copper earthing arrangement with copper earth plate of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.00 mm thick, including all accessories and 26 providing masonry enclosure with pit cover plate having locking arrangement watering pipe (25 mm dia GI pipe 'B' class), salt, charcoal etc and 38 mm x 6 mm copper earth strip in 50 mm dia GI pipe 'B' class from earth electrode to ground surface. As per drawing no. DRM/Elec/IZN/1-99. The earth resistance shall be less than 5 ohms for individual earth pit and code of practice as per IS: 3043 amendment upto date.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of copper earth strip of size 38 mm x 6 mm thick in GI pipe 50 mm dia 'B' class from ground surface to equipment complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Digging of trench in all kinds of soil up to the depth of 750 mm and 350 mm wide for 28 laying of cable with supply and placing of second-class bricks, approx. 10 bricks per meter, refilling of cable trench with solid earth consolidating by ramming by 270 mm above the surrounding level over trench. All work pertaining to Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)/Boring and trench less 32 cabling. It includes supply, transportation and insertion of self-lubricated HDPE pipe and laying of cable in boring under the track/road by using different sizes of pipes depending on total number of cables will be crossed. The depth of horizontal boring should be 3 mtrs from rail flange/road level. This item will be used for track crossing of running lines.) By using self-lubricated HDPE pipe of 108.60 mm inner dia and 125 mm outer dia (PN-6) as per IS:4984 or latest in the bore and the laying of cables in the track/road.

Cutting of platform/road for cable trench upto depth of 750 mm and 350 mm wide for laying of cable and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of material ie 33 aggregate, mooram, searching, red bajri, bitumen compaction, protection during work etc. and labour complete and laying of cable in excavated cable trench over 50 mm thick sand cushion and cover with second-class bricks (approx 10 bricks per mtrs.) including supply of bricks, all taxes labour etc. as per direction of Engineer incharge at site.

Supply, erection and testing of hot dip galvanized tapered octagonal pole of 5.0 Mtrs. long top dia 70 mm, bottom dia 130 mm, sheet thickness 3 mm, base plate dimension (L x B x T) 200 mm x 200 mm x 12 mm & foundation bolts size (No. x dia x length) (4 x M16 x 600 mm), PCD 200 mm, anchor plate thickness 3 mm with hot dip galvanized detachable single arm bracket made by 34 48.3 mm outer dia pipe 300 mm long with 32 mm outer dia sleeve including erection & fixing on the foundation. (Octagonal pole shall confirm to IS: 2629 or latest.) Note:-1. Galvanized thickness of pole should be minimum 65 microns and test report to be submitted by the contractor at the time of supply. 2. Octagonal pole shall have flush door arrangement and suitable size & length of cable connecting plate for incoming and outgoing cables as per standard. Note: -Octagonal pole shall be inspected by the RITES as per specification at the manufacture premises and inspection cost shall be borne by the contractor.

Note: -Box & all accessories as per Drg. No. L/CEE/NER/ GKP/09/01.

Dismantling & Installation, testing & commissioning of existing outdoor type 415 volts Pre-Cooling cum 110 Volts battery charging box, made by 3 mm thick M.S. sheet and angle 40x40x5 mm. The box shall be outdoor type, wall/floor mounted type to be dismantling complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.

Dismantling of existing erected MS Tublar pole/Rail pole including removing of cross 40 arm bracket with insulator, overhead conductor completes in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge at site. (1 span= 1 Job). Note: - All materials to be handed over to the concerned engineer in-charge at site.

Supply & erection of MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 1200 mm long (04 Nos) in cement 43 concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand graded stone aggregate 25 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required along with painting of M.S. angle by one coat primer & two coats enamel paint 450 mm M.S. angle will be grouted in the ground and welded metal box on M.S. angle as above item as per direction of Engineer incharge at site complete in all respect.
