The bidder's subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, with a value of not less than 35% of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. The similar work experience should be in the provision of Train Display Board/LED display. The bidder should have completed one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed works with values of: (i) 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for three similar works, (ii) 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for two similar works, or (iii) 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for one similar work. The bidder is required to furnish a list of works completed in the last seven financial years, including description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of completion. The bidder should also provide the date of actual start, actual completion, and final value of the contract. Additionally, the bidder should provide a list of works on hand, indicating the description of work, contract value, approximate value of balance work yet to be done, and the date of award.
