North Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing specific categories of work within the last 7 years. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed one of the following: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the bidder must have completed: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. Additionally, the average annual contractual turnover of the bidder should be a minimum of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. The bidder is also required to furnish a list of works on hand and a list of works completed in the last seven financial years, providing details such as description of work, contract value, and dates of award and completion.
