The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, which is 7920480.42, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, which is 10560641.76, - One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender, which is 15840960.84. For composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of subcontractor shall be asked for. The percentages of similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender, and 35% for subcontractors. The amounts are 7920480.42 for three similar works, 10560641.76 for two similar works, and 15840960.84 for one similar work.
