For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience is required for subcontractors if the work costs up to Rs 50 lakh. The bidder should furnish a list of works completed in the last seven financial years, giving details such as description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of completion. The value of the advertised tender is 36717222.60. The earnest money is 333600.00, which is approximately 0.91% of the advertised value. The bidder is required to provide the list of works completed and works on hand, which can be used to evaluate their experience and capability. The definition of similar work includes any work of EI/IPS/DAC/DL/RTU/AFTC/ELD/DG-sets/Fuse monitoring System/Fire Detection alarm/suppression System/UFSBI/BPAC/AI/ABS TCAS/CTC.
