Fixing of duly overhauled lifting and lining unit both (RHS and LHS).

Repairing of central feeler rod trollies ( LHS & RHS ) and Providing and fixing of feeler rod trolley rollers along with bearing, pin, washer etc for tamping machine. Scope of work will cover following items: 1. Feeler rod trolley will be dismantled from machine with proper tools. 2. Defective roller of trolley with bearing, pins, cotter pin dismantled from trolley. 3. New Rollers 04 Nos. i.e. 02 LHS and 02 RHS with 02 bearings on each rollers of make Plasser, FAGG, KOYO, SKF only with pins, cotter pins and other accessories of suitable material as per sample. Material to be supply by contractor and fitted in both trollies. Any 02 rollers complete with pin and cotter pin with properly fitted bearings and spacer including repairing of trollies each side will be considered as one job. Refitment of trollies after complete repairing and fixing of rollers on trolley on machine after duly repairing.

Draining and refilling of HSD oil and cleaning of HSD tank as per schedule of work.

Dismantling & fixing cardon shafts as per schedule of work. Scope: The work involves removal of cardan shaft, cleaning and greasing by providing grease nipple and re-fixing of Cardan Shaft on machine. If the condition of existing cardan shaft is unusable, then fixing it with new cardan shaft supplied by Railway. 23
