Supply of cartridge fuse block made of PBT as per RDSO Drg No SA-23748 Alt 4 & Spec No IRS 75/2006 (Rev.2) with latest amendment. Fuse block shall be suitable for round head type voltage fuses. (Inspection Agency:- RDSO)

Supply of DC-DC converter (24-40V/5 A/10 A) for Integrated power supply system (IPSS) with 05 wiring. It is suitable for statcon make IPS.The supplyof material is to be compatible with IPS RDSO Spec. 165/2012 Ver 3.0 or latest (Statcon Make). The schedule items includes complete installation also . The material to be procured through RDSO approved firm only. (Inspection Agency:- RDSO)

Fixing of ARA(M-6) Terminals /Screw less connectors / modular disconnect terminal blocks and 01 fuse blocks on phenolic laminated sheets and fixing by stainless steel/brass nuts & bolts. This includes provision of two additional holes on the board on either side for cable conductor entry. The work shall be carried out a per instructions of railway Engineer incharge.(Supply of all above terminals has been covered separately). "

Termination of Outdoor Cables (Main Cables /tail cables) at ARA/Disconnect type terminals 02 provided in Apparatus Cases, Cable termination rack in relay room, station building, generator room etc. The item includes dressing of cables and wires with dressing threads as per standard practice. All material required for this item will be supplied by contractor. The outdoor cable shall be terminated in Relay Room, DG Room, ASM Room etc under supervision and instructions issued by Engr. incharge of the work."

Lettering and Numbering of all S&T gears like Signals, Loc. Boxes, Pt. Machines, TLJBs, Block joints etc. Each item to be taken as one unit.

This also includes Back fillingand consolidating of cable trench first for 5 CM (incase where bricks are to laid over cables) afterlaying of cables and then complete back filling &Ramming of loose soil as per the technicalspecifications. In all type of soils including soft rock""

"Laying of S&T Cables of various cores/ pairs/ quads in trenches/ GI pipes/ RCC pipes/ DWC pipes 06 etc. as per the site requirement and as per approved cable route plan. This also includes laying of cables in track crossings & road crossings.(Cables will be meggered before and after its laying by contractor under supervision of Railway Representative and he will submit the meggering report of each testing). Length of the cable laid includes the length of the cable coiled for termination purposes.

Cutting of all types of platforms/road crossing and trenching and excavation to a width and depth of 300 mm x 300 mm, laying of DWC/HDPE/GI pipe in the trench and refilling and concreting it afterwards as per 07 original condition. In hard rocky ground area , cables will be laid normally on layer of soft earth of 0.05 mtrs thickness previously deposited at bottom of the trench . The cutting to be filled and finished with cement/concrete, as per the RDSO drawing no.SDO/Cable laying/008, issued vide RDSO document no. RDSO/SI/G/2010 Version 1.1 dated 04.02.2014 or latest.

Horizontal direction drilling (HDD)/Trenchless digging/machine drilling with out damage to surface road /track for laying/insertion of HDPE/GI/DWC pipe. Th e bore shall be done at the depth of minimum 1400 mm 09 from the ground level. Th e ground level shall be considered ignoring the bank height of the bank of the road. Note:- DWC/HDPE/GI Pipe Supply is not covered under this item. Contactor shall provide all material required for work and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable. Payment of boring shall be made only aft er DWC/HDPE/GI pipe is laid in the bore."

Bringing the cable in side gate lodge/cabin after breaking its entry seal enluding pilling of the cable, 10 termation of all the cables comining form outside the gate lodge /cabin on the terminal board and inside complete wiring with lacing and dressing as per instruction of rly site engineer . It also includes fixing of Relays and Tag blocks in relay rack after making its fixing arrangement (If required) for fixing of all equipment's and wiring required materials will be supplied by the contractor it is own cost.

"Cable insertion in Old locations /Station Relay room /cable pit etc as per site engineer and filling with sand and plastering the same. Note: All the sundry material except that to be supplied by railways will be supplied by the contractor."

Laying of Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipe of all sizes with socket, coupler and T Joint etc. by 12 digging of trench 0.3 Meter width, 1.2 Meter depth from rail flange under track for track crossing and refilling after laying of pipes, as per technical specifications and the restoration of disturbed ballast by screening and dressing as per instruction of Engineer-in- charge or his representatives at site.
