North Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Substantially Completed Work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. For tenders below Rs. 50.00 Lakhs, while there is no minimum eligibility criteria, tenderers are advised to provide documents to demonstrate their financial capacity, capability, and past performance, including previous experience for the type of job and financial status.
