Input: 230 Volt single phase A.C ± 5% Output : 12 Volt D.C. 2. a) name boards shall be made in English, Hindi & Urdu languages. b) Substrate material used for the front portion of channel letter shall be 3mm thick Acrylic sheet frosted or milk white (0/40). c) letter size 24-28" and width of letter should be in proportionate tothe height d) Depth of each letter should be less than 2.5 e)Back of letter should be of sun pack sheet or 28 SWG powder coated sheet. f) Front & Back of letters should be assembled in such a fashion that it remains water tight, 41 Dust proof .g) Front& Back of letters should be jointed / tighten with steel screwand washers, so that it may be opened in case of failure or for maintenance. h) All letters of each location should be fitted suitably on 3mm thick ALUMINUM PANEL Sheet and background shall be dark blue, if Required and this sheet to be fixed suitably on above M.S. Structure. i) Complete name board should be fixed on a M.S. Iron frame structure suitable size to withstand the wind pressure etc.). M.S. Structure should be grouted well with appropriated cement, concrete mixture at given Location. (Note 1:- LED Signage boards station name in03 languages Hindi, English & Urdu. and N.C. Railway will be also add in each board at top side in the half size of station name letters .Note 2:- signage board should be covered with suitable MS Jaali encloser or any suitable transparent flat cover for the protection from animals, birds etc). Design will be approved by the Dy CEE/GSU/JHS
