Supply and Laying of Double WalledCorrugated (DWC)DWCPipe/duct withassociated collars etc. as perRDSOSpecification No.RDSO/SPN/204/2011or latest anti-rodent & anti-oxidant and nonflamepropagating type in 6 metersstraightlength and of size 120 mmouter dia,& 103.5mm inner 3 dia. (Themanufacturers, suppliersmust producevalid IS license and should becertifiedunder ISO 9000 and shall submitcopyof certificate). One coupler withsuitable rubberO-ring should besupplied with every 6m ofpipe length.(The total quantity of above itemsisequal to no. of pipes supplied.) DWC pipe DWC shall be marked at every 1mtr length in such away that manufacturer's name, vendor name and year of manufacture can be easilyidentified.

Design fabrication, supply and fixing of GI perforated horizontal cable tray with cover 5 and all tray connected accessories viz, bend, Tee, Cross, reducer, 450 horizontal bend, coupler plates etc. including painting besides clamping, shifting of existing cables into the trenches along with tagging and labeling of shifted cables with numbering sleeves for easy identification. A- Size 150 mm width,100 mm width and 2 mm thickness.

Cutting of all types of platforms/road crossing and trenching and excavation to a width 7 200 and width 300 mm ,laying of DWC/HDPE/GI pipe in the trench and refilling and concreting it afterwards as per original condition. In hard rocky ground area , cables will be laid normally on layer of soft earth of0.05 mtrs thickness previously deposited at bottom of the trench .The cutting to be filled and finishedwith cement/concrete

Supply erection of earthing station as per RDSO Drg ETI/OHE/P/7020 including 40x6 mm MS strip between earth pit & electrical installation with fasteners at both ends.

Supply, erection, Testing & Commissioning of sub main consisting of 2x4 Sq. mm (P & 1 N) PVC insulated and sheathed copper wire multristanded single core 1.1 KV grade alongwith 1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated copper wire 1.1 KV grade for earthing. (Quantity 1 Mtr.
