Operation and maintenance of the STP for period of 05 years after completion of one year.

Supply, installation and commissioning of solar enabled 2.5 KW system 10 including operation and maintenance of the STP for the period of 05 years.

Supplying and installation of wall garden by providing locally available macrophysics 4 aquatic plants (Sapling height 1-1.5 ft) including labour for cultivating and watering to ensure appropriate plant growth, with plant density 4-5 plants/square, 10 including operation and maintenance of STP for the period of five years.

Providing ,supplying,designing, casting and installing GRC cladding elements as per architectural designsintent.GRC panels in suitable sizes including all materials, labour, equipment and related services to form column cladding as shown in drawings and specifications and as approved by architects. GRC cladding panels shall be installed and fixed to structural steet secondary frame work attached to main column with alkali resistant class fibres-3 to 4% mim., ordinary portland cement, clean dry graded sand, silica sand as required, approved super plasticisers, Acrylic polymerin 5 emulsion form, stainless steel fasteners, fixtures and embeds, The product shall be designed and installed as per manufacturers recommendations. Rate shall be inclusive of proper finishing, mistcoat or dypsum coat if required,pigmentation, all stainless steel inserts,anchors,embeds, edges of SS grade 304, Glass/Acrylic fixed over openings. Rates also inclusive of design, preparation of shop drawings, providing scaffolding, temporary suport, bracing ect. complete.(Column steel and secondary structural steel framing and fire protection and recessed light fixtures and support structure are exluded and shall be paid separately in appopriate items). The rates are inclusive with contractor's own materials, labour,equipment, tools & plants, all lead & lift, transportation, all taxes all consumable etc complete as per instructions of Engineer in charge at site.(a)GRC work on screen

Design, fabrication & installation of MS structure for GRC work with two coats of epoxy primer with all fixture and fasteners etc.complete with contractors own all materials, labour,tools & plants, all lead, lift taxes, consumable etc complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge at site.

Providing & fixing 3 mm thick alluminium sheet as per design and fixed at site with screw/nut & bolts including all lead, lift, taxes, labour, tools etc complete to the satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing 25 mm WPC (Wooden PolymerCompound) sheet as per required size and design with screw/ nut & bolts including all lead, lift, taxes, labour,tools etc complete to the satisfaction of engineer in charge or his representative.

Providing and Fixing FENESTA/ENCRAFT/PSP UPVC European style casement/fixed 22 profile with part openable, part fixed window: providing and fixing upvc casement/fixed windows with window frame. Walnut colour profile, heavy outer frame section of PC@ 45<45@ 2 of size 60mmx 60mm heavy outer wall thickness of 2.5mm (+/-0.2mm) and 3 box multi chamber construction. Profile as per site requirement & detail design
