Excavation of cable duct by horizontal boring method 1.4 to 2.1 Mtr depths from the 4 bottom of sleeper for trench less track crossing and laying of 120mm outer dia DWC pipe. The work shall be done as per extent practice and instruction of site engineer. It includes supply of DWC/DHPE pipes confirming to IS:14930(Part 2, 2001)

Supply and fixing of 50 mm dia GI pipe class "B" IS:1239 Pt-I latest with all fixing accessories. as per site requirement.

Drilling of bitumimous Road/track and laying charges of cable in road crossing for laying 110 mm Dia HDPE pipe through it .

Supply & installation of maintenance free earth consisting as RDSO specification No RDSO/SPN/197/2008 consisting of single earth pit which includes supply of 35 sq.mm/16sq.mm/10sq.mm multi strand single core PVC insulated copper cable as per IS 694 for connecting main earth electrode to MEEB in the equipment room as follows: a) Copper bonded steel 7 electrode of 3.0 meter long, 17mm dia. with copper bonding thickness of minimum 250 microns andUL listed and marked-01 No. b) Earth enhancement compound of RDSO approved brand supplied in sealed bag of minimum 10 Kg -3 nos. C) copper strip of 150x 25x6 mm to terminate earth rod.-1 no. d) copper strip of 300x25 6 mm (MEEB)-1 no. e) Copper strip of 150x25x6 mm (SEEB)-1 no. f) Digging/Auguring/boring of single earth pit of 100 mm to 125 mm dia. to the depth of approximate 2.8 meter. g) Insertion of 3 meter electrode & penetrating it at least 0.2 mtr by pushing entry with sledge hammer where the natural soil is assumed. h) Filling of earth pit with earth enhancement compound(EEC) in slurry form & backfilling.

Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of single earth electrode of 50 mm dia 8 3000 mm long GI pipe class B confirming to IS: 1239 latest complete with earth box including connection from earth electrode to MDB/SDB/Panel/J Box with 8 SWG GI wire arrangement as per IE rule & Rly. Drawing for suitable earth resistance value, all other accessories required as per site.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of LT control panel cubical floor mounted type, dust and vermin proof multitier construction weather proof, Proper ventilation arrangement out door type LT distribution board for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 415 V AC supply system Decondition with 14 SWG MS Sheet base . It shall be coated with 2 coats approved colour. The LT panel shall be of 9 front operated with copper conductor cable, cable glands, earthing studs feeder, name plate and danger board on front. The LT panel shall be erected on the floor. The panel shall comprises of 02 Nos 250 Amps 4 pole MCCB incoming side, 400 Amps AL Bus bar with protection equipments and 1x100 Amps MCCB, 1x63, 4x32 Amps MCCB. each 4 pole type on out going side with suitable rating of Multi functional digital instrument meter ,eneregy meter with CT, indicating lamp shall be fitted at incoming side only.

Supply, erection and commissioning of servo operated line voltage correctors 3x50 kVA suitable for phase voltage range 120 to 280 volts. Servomotor operated automatic line voltage correctors(LVC) copper wound indoor type, continuous duty, conforming to IS: 9815 10 (Pt.1)/1994(Reaffirmed2004) suitable for phase voltage of 120-280 volts. Three phase line voltage correctors shall comprise of three single phase line voltage correctors conforming to IS-9815 (Pt.1)/1994 (Reaffirmed 2004), connected in star and enclosed in a single enclosure with common control panel and shall be suitable for unbalance input voltage. Rated output voltage shall be 240V for single phase LVC and 415V for three phase LVC respectively. As per IS-9815 (Pt.1) /1994(Reaffirmed 2004).

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of MCCB of 250 amps,36 KA Standard beaking capacity, 415 volt,3 Phase 4 Pole current rating 250 Amp as per IS-60947:2 or latest with all fixing accessories as per site requirement. 12

Termination of LT XLPE cables of variation size (one Job means all 4 cores of cable).

"Design ,Fabrication, Supply Installation ,Testing and commissioning of Glow Sign 13 Boards Acrylic sheet , both sided 2 mm Acrylic sheet with Vinyle letters, covered with 2 mm unbreakable transparent sheet with rectangular Box, Box made by Aluminium angle of 20 SWG with provision of 0.5 inch bidding of 22 SWG and LED Module Light with adapter suitable for LED light for input 110/220 Volt AC supply and box shall be made available for proper mounting arrangement on the wall /ceiling . Note- The Box shall be made suitable arrangement for easy maintenance in future.

Collecting, Transporting from Depot to site, laying, testing, and commissioning of LT 1 cable , direct in ground (Including excavation, sand cushioning, protection brick covering and refilling the trench etc.), direct in RCC/Metal pipes in rod/track crossings and on surface/in wall/in concrete floor by cutting recessed and finished originally as required per relevant technical specifications. (Cable will be supplied by Railway).

Supply & erection of power coated perforated GI cable tray 300x50x1.6 mm thick for protection of cables complete with all other accessories required as per site.

Supply and laying of HDPE Pipe ( Upto PN 8.0 Pressure Rating Meterial Grade : PE 63, Pressure Rating : PN 8.0, Nominal Dis (mm) : 110 ) as perIS 4984:2016 suitable for HT /LT XLPE cable & as required and as per relevant technical specification. (Cable will be supplied by railway.)

Supply of materials & making wiring of various points such as FT fittings/ceiling fans /Exhaust/ordinary light point etc with 2.5 sqmm (FRLS) PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable single core conforming to IS : 694 or latest version in concealed PVC conduit pipe heavy duty 2mm thickness double locking / in recessed PVC conduit pipe heavy duty 2 mm thickness ISI mark (As 14 per site requirement) with Bakelite batten holder/angular holder /ceiling rose , 5A flush type switch/Modular switch, white phenolic laminated sheet cover on front of recessed MS box or suitable size or PVC box / modular box for surface system with brass screws, cup washers etc .including earth continuity copper wire of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire complete.(Note :- The wire from SDB to switch board shall be of 04 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire. & In recessed type wiring system after wall/surface excavation, filling should be with same material in all respect required as per site . Also inclusive removal of existing wiring if required.)

Supply of materials & making wiring points of 5 pin 5A plug socket with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) single core conforming to IS : 694 latest 15 version in concealed with PVC conduit pipe heavy duty (ISI mark)/with, 5A flush type switch / modular switch on front of sheet / modular top to modular box/ PVC box / MS box of suitable size with brass screws, cup washers etc complete including earth continuity wire of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, Complete with all other accessories required as per site and removal of exsiting wiring if required.

Supply of materials & making wiring point of 6 pin combined power point 15A/5A ( After removing of existing wiring if required) with wiring by 4 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded 16 copper conductor cable (FRLS) single core conforming to IS : 694 or latest version in concealed with PVC heavy duty (ISI mark), with 15 A flush type switch/ modular switch, 16 Amps MCB SP , white phenolic laminated sheet cover on front of recessed MS box or Modular box/PVC box of suitable size with brass screws, cup washers etc including earth continuity copper wire of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper wire complete.

Supply erection testing and commissioning of 2x18 watt 4 feet LED tube light and fitting with fixture connecting wire and all other fixing accessories required as per site.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of sub main of 2x6 Sq.mm PVC insulated 18 and sheathed copper wire single core (FRLS/FRLSH), multi strands, 1100 volts grade, continues PVC insulated sheathed copper earth wire of 1.5 sq.mm, through PVC heavy duly conduit pipe/PVC Channel complete with all other accessories required as per site. (Also inclusive Removal of existing accessories)

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of metal clad 8 way SDB complete with 40 Amps. MCB DP on I/C side and O/G side 4x20/25 Amps MCB SP, 2x10/16 Amps . MCB SP with all other accessories required as per site.
