North Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific values. To be eligible, a bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed similar works with the same percentages of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The similar works should have been completed within the last 07 years. Additionally, for subletting work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, where no previous work experience is required.
