Supply and configuration of 24 Port L2 Smart Managed POE Switch 24 x Gigabit Copper PoE+ and 4 SFP port PoE. Make D-link /Zyxel /Juniper or superior. (Inspection Agency:- Consignee).

Supply and Installation of Single fiber Single mode SFP 1G of branded make, Compatible with Switch/Same make of switch. SFP should be compatible with each other. Make : D- link / Netgear / Cisco /Juniper or superior. (Inspection Agency:- Consignee).

Supply of 24 fiber optical fiber cable straight joint enclosure (SJC) complete with all 6 accessories along with enclosures with heat shrinkable splice protection sleeve as per RDSO spec. RDSO/SPN/TC/68/2014 Revision 1.0, Amndt. 1.0 or latest. Splice losses in no case should be more than 0.1 dB. (Inspection Agency:- Consignee).

Supply, Installation and Testing of single mode single fibre 10 G SFP module of reputed make compatible with switch taken in estimate. Make-D-link/ Netgear/ Cisco/ Juniper or superior. (Inspection Agency:- Consignee).

Supply and testing of optical Laser light source of Make- JDSU or reputed make. (Inspection Agency:- Consignee).

Supply and fixing on wall with the help of nut of 12 U networking Rack 19 inch with front glass door, 06 socket power DB, 02 fan-fan tray, cable manager, Hardware packet, Earthing etc. Make:- D-Link /CP Plus or branded reputed make. (Inspection Agency:- Consignee).

Supply and installation of online 1 KVA UPS with minimum 2 Nos. 26AH/12V battery or equivalent capacity or higher. Make -Uniline/ Microtek/libert/luminuous or branded reputed. (Inspection Agency:- Consignee).

Supply & fixing of I/O box- CAT-6.D-Link Make or superior. (Inspection Agency:- Consignee).

Supply of Double Walled Corrugated pipe size of outer dia 90mm /inner dia 76mm ,having non flame propagation and anti rodent properties ,electtrex /telerex /optirex or similar as per TEC specification GR / DWC - 34 / 01 , IS 14930 with all accessories. (Inspection Agency:- Consignee).

Laying of HDPE duct as per the approved cable route plan in the exavated trenches /other protected works/RCC channel etc. including all accessories like end caps, collars , bends, 1 couplers etc. The ends of the duct to be sealed with end plugs till OFC blowing is done. Important: The laying of OFC cable independently or along with Quad cable/PIJF cable in the same trench shall be governed by the RDSO drawings no. RDSO /TCDO/COP-6(a) and RDSO /TCDO /COP-8(a) respectively, issued vide Chapter-XIII of the Telecomm Manual.

Blowing/drawing of OFC cable in the HDPE pipe duct and protective work already 2 provided in the trench. The cable shall be laid only after the successful completion of the DIT (Duct Integrity test). The DIT should be certified by the Railway engineer at site. All the equipment/machinery required shall be arranged by the contractor.

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan, 1.2 Mtr. deep and of 0.3 Mtr. to 0.6 Mtr. wide at bottom as per RDSO sketch No. SDO/CABLE LAYING/003, issued vide RDSO document no. RDSO/SI/G/2010 Version 1.1 dated 04.02.2014 or latest, alongside the track in normal (all type) soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling and ramming of loose soil. 3 This work includes clearing of route from bushes etc, covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer of 50mm thickness approximately before covering by bricks. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on North Central Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. In case 1.2 m depth of trench is not achievable due to site condition, specific approval of JAG/SG officer will be required for each site where trench depth of 1.2 m is not possible, only after approval of JAG/SG officer proportionate payment can be done.

Splicing of 24 core optic fibre cable and making the splicing joint with contractor's own 4 machine and tools. Joint should be prepared in such a way that the top of the enclosure should be at a depth of minimum 1.2 meter and the enclosure should be covered with soft soil and bricks. Splice loss of each fibre should be less than 0.05 dB.

Construction of OFC jointing pit of size 1mx1mx0.6m, using bricks, sand and cement 5 in the ratio 1:3. The thickness of the wall shall be 120 mm. The top cover shall be of concrete of thickness 75 mm with two iron handles on top of it. The pit shall be covered with sand after putting the joint enclosure. All construction material to be supplied by contractor.

Laying of DWC pipes along with collars in trenches at places of track and road crossing,platform cutting etc and as per instruction of site engineer depending on the local condition.

Horizontal Boring/Manual moling without damage to surface road /track for 7 laying/isertion of DWC/GI/HDPE pipe. The bore shall be done at the depth of minimum 1400 mm from the ground level. The ground level shall be considered ignoring the bank height of the bank of the road. Note:- DWC/HDPE/GI Pipe Supply is not covered under this item. Contactor shall provide all material required for work and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable. Payment of boring shall be made only after DWC/HDPE/GI pipe is laid in the bore.
