NS items based on SOR 2010

Rendering two years service for maintenance of Railway colonyes & other service buildings under ADEN/BNDA section including all tools & plants by supplying 5 Nos artisan (1 Nos. Mason, 2 No. Carpenters, 1 No. Painter, 1 Nos. Fitter/ plumbers,) & 8 Nos. Helper/ Khalasis, on all working days in the year, excluding Sunday & holiday, etc along with all tools and equipment. No extra charges will be given to the contractor for 6 transportation of materials, required for execution of any work. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for transportation of material, manpower, tools etc. at all the time during the contract. All the consumables material required i.e. cement, steel, wood, bricks, sand, paint, sanitary fittings etc shall be supplied by the Railway, rates includes cost of employers PF contribution, tools, & plant, prescribed minimum wages by central Govt. & contractors profits. Work is to be executed as per special condition of contract. Payment will be made on monthly interval on the basis of man days of working of each of the following category during the monthly period, only & as per special conditions of the contract.
