Providing battery (rechargeable) operated LED lightening arrangement on hiring basis at work site during night hours i.e minimum 8hrs. (No claim will be entertained at a later stage regarding the duration of block working) with 4no of LED light of 100watt each (lightening of each LED light equivalent to 500watt of Halogen light) during night block. The rates are inclusive of all contractor's equipment, labour for operation, manning, transportation of lightening arrangement and its accessories from depot to site of work and back with all lead and lift with contractor's own transportation arrangement. 4no LED light with fittings with lead wires of 200 metre or of required distance with each LED light, spare batteries. consumable, spare and other tools and plants etc. complete as per the instruction of engineering in-charge at site. The unit of work is Set = Per night per set.

Supplying and laying of Woven Geotextile made from polypropylene multifilament 3 yarn, having minimum mass of 220 GSM & ultimate tensile strength of 40 KN/m with puncture resistance of 600 N and apparent opening size of 150 microns and laying at interface of sub-grade and blanketing layer, including transportation, contractor's labour, lead and lift complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Assistance for Welding of rails (60Kg/52Kg/60R) on cess/Site by SKV Process with 4 contractor's own labour, fuel etc. including trimming, grinding & finishing etc. complete. Trained welder, portion and necessary equipment will be provided by railway. This includes opening of fish plates, cleaning of joints increasing /spacing of sleepers at joints with providing required rail gap. This also include re spacing of sleepers to provide uniform spacing and packing of disturb sleeper.

Hiring of "Poclain" excavator machine including driver and fuel, and providing at site including all labour, fuel, tools and plants etc, complete. Work is to be done during night block, complete.

Supply stacking track ballast confirming to railway specification with amendment up to 6 date of opening of tender including preparation of plots with contractor's labour tools plants all lifts taxes royalty charge and duties including making approach road and other arrangement for stacking ballast at site as per site requirement & direction of engineer in charge.

Removal of BG track assembly of required length during traffic block in straight/curve laid on LWR/SWR/Single rail with60Kg/52Kg rails on PSC sleeper with spacing up to 1660 sleeprer per 7 KM density with the help of contractor's road crane including cutting of rails with abrasive disc cutter & drilling of holes along with chamfering wherever required, leading and stacking them near site without damaging the BG track assembly with contractor labour, tools, plants, equipment etc. including handling, re-handling, crossing of track, Nallah and any other obstructions without disturbing centre line and level pegs as per direction of site Engineer in charge.

Insertion of already assembled BG track in existing track alignment during traffic block or otherwise with the help of contractor's road crane over bank or as directed by Engineer in charge at site in straight/curve, including cutting of rails with abrasive disc cutter & drilling of holes along with chamfering wherever required, sqauring of sleepers, ensuring correct sleeper spacing, gauge, 8 alignment, longitudinal and cross levels including removal of of kinks of rails including one katcha packing to bring the track to good geometry as per IRPWM fit for 20 KMPH including tightening/recouping of all sleeper, fitting and fastening etc. as a complete job with contractor's labour, tools, plants, equipment etc. including handling, re-handling, crossing of track, Nallah and any other obstructions as per site conditions & direction site engineer in charge. The rate shall include preparation of formation for laying of tack including levelling & grading and nothing extra will be paid on this account.

Providing & laying a layer of three dimensional cellular confinement system Geocell made of ultrasonically - welded HDPE strips, which acts as a subgrade / subbase improving 1 reinforcement mat weld distance of each cell = 356mm, depth of cell = 150mm between formation and track structure in bridge approaches as per specifications & conditions attached as per IS-17483. The rate is inclusive of all labour, materials, leads, lifts, crossing of tracks, transport, including all labour,fuel,tools and plants etc., complete. No payment for wastages will be made, and rate may be quoted accordingly.
