North Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value (excluding the payment made for adjustment of Price variation) has been made to the contractor. The value of completed work is considered as the final bill amount, including the PVC amount if paid. In case the final bill is pending, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount, is considered as the completion cost of work. For similar works, the overall cost, including the PVC amount, of the completed or substantially completed work is considered, and no separate evaluation for each component of that work is made to decide eligibility.
