Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 4.1.11 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) 5.33.1 All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.2.2 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 13.5.1 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge 16.70.2 Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. 13.52.1 on steel work

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 10.16.1 Hot finished welded type tubes (80*80*1.6 mm)

Making bajri path including preparation of subgrade, supplying and laying brick aggregate of 50 mm nominal size 7.5 cm deep with blinding material consisting of 12 mm moorum and 12 mm red bajri consolidated with road roller.

Schedule B - NDSR (Synthetic Flooring)

BASKETBALL COURT (Size-28X15mt) (8mm CUSHION FLOORING) Providing and fixing of Sports cushion flooring having 8 mm thick XPE sheet fixed with water based adhesive and all joints sealed with Cold Welding having one coat of waterborne PU primer followed by 3 layers of waterborne Hybrid two components PU Cushion layer and two top coats of waterborne Hybrid two components PU of desire colors, finally finish with game line marking.

JOGGING TRACK (15MM CUSHION FLOORING) Supply and Application of Colored EPDM base 13 mm having Ecofriendly Colored EPDM Granules of more than 35% rubber content bonded with water born Hybrid two component PU Binder having Low VOC and High Elongation. 12 kg EPDM Granule must be consummated per 01 sqmt PU Binder consumption will be 1.5 Kg per sqmt. And top layer will be made with one coat of water born two component PU primer and 1 layer of water born Hybrid PU with EPDM powder and on the top of the system with Trowel seal coat, 2 layer of Colored water born PU spray with Colored EPDM Granules through high pressure spray machine in spray coat, EPDM Granules consumption in spray coat will be1 kg per square meter and Colored Hybrid water born two component PU top coat consumption will be 1.2 kg per square meter. The top coat spray thickness will be 2 mm. (Total Thickness: 15mm).
