The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Experience of providing security services to Government/Semi government institutions/ private organizations for a minimum of 3 years till the bid submission due date. - Experience of providing security services to government/semi-government/PSUs in the last 5 years from the bid submission due date. - Three similar completed works each having at least 40% of the required security personnel for this project, i.e., 240 personnel. - Or, two similar completed works each having at least 50% of the required security personnel for this project, i.e., 300 personnel. - Or, one similar completed work having at least 80% of the required security personnel for this project, i.e., 480 personnel. - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 1064205137.4 (80% of 133025642). - The estimated bid value is 5,32,10,257/-, and the bidder must have solvency of at-least 40% of the bid cost estimate. - The bidder should have executed at least: - 3 projects of Rs 53,21,02,257 each, - or 2 projects of Rs 66,51,28,211 each, - or 1 project of Rs 1,06,42,05,124. - The bidder must have maintained a minimum staff of 1200 Guards, Gunmen, Supervisor continuously for one year in any one of the last three years. - The bidder should have experience of providing manpower services with specific requirements, including: - 3 projects of Rs 53,21,02,257 each, - or 2 projects of Rs 66,51,28,211 each, - or 1 project of Rs 1,06,42,05,124. - 1-480, 2-300, 3-240 quantity of manpower.
