Earth work embankment in ordinary soil embankmentto be in 20cm Layers including ramming, dressing, the surface to required levels with ½ tonne steel or wooden rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 to 10 tonnes capacity and including 1.5 m lift and all lead. Earth shall be brought from a place which including cartage of earth by mechanical transport and T& P , Labour etc. required for proper completion. Earth shall be Arranged by the contractor at his own cost

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), Including maklng joints with or w1thout grooves (thickness of Jolnts except at sharp curve shall not to more than Smm), Including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-In- charge (length of finished kerb edglng shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved Uy Engineer-In-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impaining strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note Cement content considered in this item is @ 330kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Prime Coat over WBm/WMM, Providing and applying Primewith SS1 grade bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg per sqm using mechanical means.

(Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading 2 )Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Bituminous Concrete Grading 2 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per complete in all respects

Providing and fixing of Saucer Drain of size 600x300x100 mm ( along the sides) in PCC (1:1½:3) complete and provide proper slopes to drain of rain water on the top of drain including all lead lifts etc complete for the finished item of work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (No separate measurements will be considered for the excavation )

Fabrication & Manufacturing of Prestressed Hollow Core slab (Hollow area 25 to 30%) of different thickness & modular width 1200 mm in Controlled Factory Environment with approved methodology confirming to IS 10297:1982 by using long line casting method having arrangement of proper steel bed. Concreting should be done by batch mixing plant capable of producing zero slump concrete, transported through automatic shuttels of standard make & layed on bed with he help of extruder/Slipformer, finishing, curing and also provision of steam curing. Cutting, making necessary cutout/holes of required sizes for services in slab element after achieving required strength, yard handling & stacking all complete as per approved shop drawings & design mix as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of strands should be paid separately). Note: Excess/less cement over the specified cement content used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) including steel & Transport charge.
