4mm thick Antiskid, Chemical resistant, Highly abrasive resistant PU Car aprking Flooring for Drive Ways & Parking Bays: A Green Level certified, low VOC, solvent free, elastomeric, flexible polyurethane trafficable car park decking system providing a colourful, watertight ,wearing for intermediate decks of multi-storey and basement and other trafficable suspended floors. Basic Surface Requirment Base surface should be fairly smooth & levelled. Minor corrections are possible by doing scarifiaction/high end profile grinding. In case of major undulation , changes required in slope ,it is recommended to go for VDF/Trimix/ Laser concrete floor. Floor should be clean , dry & sound with surface moisture below than 5% & Concrete grade should be minimum M20.

Surface Prepration- Surface preparation by using high end grinding , surface profile machines using diamond tools. Vacuum assited systems to achieve the profile with minimized undulations as approved and within acceptable limits of Engineer-In-Charge. If any part of the floor is contaminated by grease, oil, the contamination shall be removed before other forms of preparation is undertaken. Remove all laitance and weak or friable concrete. The finished surface should have the texture of medium to coarse sand paper.

Application for Car Parking Coating(4mm)- supply and apply Green Label certified, low VOC as per ISO11890-2 resulted in Very Low <20g/L, solvent free, flexible polyurethane car park deck coating system providing a colourful watertight, hard-wearing surface for intermediate decks of multi-storey, basement and other trafficable suspended floors consisting of 3 component, solvent free, Polyurethane based primer/body coat/binding agent, having solid content of approximately 100% which accepts silica aggregate scatter to produce an anti skid surface as well as 2 component, colored, flexible polyurethane coating having 100% solid contents to seal the aggregate layer, having chemical resistance property to Petrol, Diesel, Antifreeze, Hydraulic Fluids, Chlorides & Battery Acids etc. Technical profile having Fire resistance -BS476-3 Designated EXT.F.AA, Slip Resistance as per TRRL Pendulum Slip Test resulted in Dry>40. Wet>40 (Low Slip Potential), Abrasion Resiatance as per Taber Abrader resulted in 0.1 mg loss per 1000 cycles (1Kg Load using CS17 wheels). PU caoting shall have the following typical properties: Tensile Strength : 13 N/mm² as per ASTM D412 Hardness shore D : 71.5 Bond strength to concrete : 3 N/mm² Abrasion Resistance : 0.1mg/cycle Crack bridging : 1.2 as per EN 1062-1
