Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.The Contractor has to detect diffrent utilites like sewer line, etc.Using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in- Charge. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported t`o site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).All works upto plinth level

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Water Bound Macadam (Grading-II) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification Including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding Materials to fill up the Interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10 x 160 mm

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising, Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. Road Delinator Delinator Supply & fixing of M S Delinator made of the mild steel with pure polyster powder coating with the minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron for protection against comsaion. Solar Power road marker (Solar studs) The solar studs shall be made of Aluminum alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistance and strong enough to support a load of 13,635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Its colour may be white,red,yellow,green or blue or combination as directed by the Engineer. Its water resistance shall meet the requirements of IP 65 in accordance with IS:12063:1987 category 2 for protection against water ingress. The dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100mm X 100mmX10mm. It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a distance of more than 800 m. Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1 Hz. Its should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperature range-40*C to 55*C. Its life shall be not less than 3 years. The rate shall be include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation,erection,installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Aluminium-backed flexible prismatic sheet Aluminium-backed flexible prismatic sheeting shall be made of yellow coloured flexible sheeting with non-metalic prismatic lens formed in a transparent synthetic resin as retro reflective elements. This flexible prismatic sheeting shall have black and yellow stripes with aluminium backed flexible prismatic Type VI sheeting conforming to ASTM D4958 specifications and standards of cofficient of retro reflectivity flexibility and impact resistance applicable for reboundable devices. This flexible prismatic sheeting shall have screen printed arrowsiant line pattern in black colour in a continuous roll format width of object marker shall be 300 mm. The rate shall include all materials,labour , T & P, transportation, installation and incidentals as complete as per creation of the Engineer-in-Charge.
