The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Completion of similar works, with specific options: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with a value of 13036761.24. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, with a value of 19555141.86. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a value of 26073522.48. - Average annual financial turnover on construction works of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. - Minimum experience of technical staff as per the cost of the work, ranging from 5 to 10 years, with specific requirements for different designations and work costs. These works should have been completed during the last 7 years, and the bidder should have experience working with Government/Semi-Government/PSUs. The financial position of the firm should be sound, and they should be capable of executing the works in accordance with the specifications and within the specified time schedule.
