Earth work in Embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming dressing the surface to required levels with half tonne steel or wooden rammer and rolling every third and top most layer in roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity and including 1.50mtr., lift and all lead (earth shall be brought from a placewhich including cartage of earth by mechanically transport and T & P. labour etc. required for proper completion. Earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his owm cost.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth inCement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DSR No. 6.1.1

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. . Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. DSR 18/I.No.5.9.2

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required to colour to give an even shade. One or more coat on old work. DSR-18/I.No. 14.54.1/ P-242

Providing and laying in position redy mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix ,manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishng and reinforcement including cost of admixtres in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in - charge ( Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330kg/cum Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable / recoverablle separately ) all works upto plinth level (DSR I.NO: 5.33.1+5.34.1) (Rs 7912.32 + Rs 67.04 = 7979.36 per cum)
