Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) drived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size drived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using coarse aggregate as well as fine aggregate derived from natural sources and cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable / recoverable separately). All work up to Plinth level. Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately)(Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors.100 mm wide and 6 mm thick

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, Consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20 cm layers breacking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 Tonne roller on wooden roller or steel rammer, rolling every third and top most layer with power or minimum 8 tonne including 1.5 m lift and all lead including cartage of earth by mechnical transportation and all T&P labour etc. required for proper completion of work. earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
