Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III) : derived from natural sources: 8 graded sone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using coarse aggregate as wall as fine aggregate derived from natural sources and cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels. Note:- Excess / less cement over the specified cement content used is payable / recoverable separately. Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/ RMC. (Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for. Foundation, footings, bases of Columns. (DSR-18/I-5.9.1/P-97).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Empty bag filling by sand supply and laying of sandy earth plastic cement bags (volume 0.035 cum) including cost of earth cost of empty bags, labour stiching with safely complete laying and placing complete at the place of resoration of embankment.

Supply of J.C.B. complete at site on hire basis including cost of diesel and driver etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of E/I.

S/o Tractor with trolley complete at site on hire basis including cost of diesel and driver etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of E/I.

S/o Labour complete at site on etc. in all respect as per direction of E/I.

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span up to floor five level, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth : consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. (CR)
