Horse rider station: Providing, designing and fixing of horse rider station of size 1000 x 600 x 1100 mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5mm thick and rest of the pipe 40mm dia and 2.5mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80 - 120 micron thick. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Pedals shall be made up of Nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury. Base plate cover and seat to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic as 8mm, colorful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer in charge. AMC After Complection of 1 year warranty period will be as follow : Maintenance of all equipment, T & P other accessories, Rubber tile flooring Repairing all defects i.S Replacement of bearing, Rubber tiles refixing of out of order Machines, Re-painting if painting is removed any place etc for all in full year complete in all respect..
