Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means i/c disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of E/I of nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix.(i/c equivalent design mix).

Earth work in excavation by mecanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm. on plan) i/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, i/c getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge. All kind of soil.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 or part thereof in all kind of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

P/L in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand(Zone-III) derived from natural souress : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural souress.

Cemnet concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

P/L Non-Pressure NP-3 class RCC Spigot Socket pipe confirming to IS : 458 : 2003 with latest amendment laying in ture aligment & position on craddle including with rubber ring (confirming to IS : 5382 with latest amendment) testing of laid pipe as per direction of Engineer incharge complete in all respect.

Constructing brick masonry circular manhole 1.52 m internal dia at bottom and 0.56 m dia at top in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) inside cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement foundation concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and making necessary channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, all complete as per standard design :

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS : 10910 on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS : 1786 having minimum cross section as 23 mm x 25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufactrue's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 30 x 20 x 15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 c.sand : 6 graded stone agg.20 mm n.s.) complete as per design.

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

Supply and installation of required size steel pipe 10 mm thick confirming to IS:3589 through trenchless excavation of thrust pit and receiving pit of required size and the excavation & filling back & complaction complete as per specification for road crossing by AUGOR/HDD/TBM boring method. pipe will be installed at depth beyond 3m below the ground surface in downward required slope.

Hiring of Diesel Engine (Including cost of diesel, lubricant & operation)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Desilting and taking out of debris/ silt rubbish etc. which are heavily surcharged, Super Sucker machine which consist of (one No. chassis mounted machine having suction capacity of minimum 4000 cum/hours at 80% vacuum, 2 No. chassis mounted dump tanks having capacity of 10 cum i/c) safe disposal of silt within NOIDA limits. The operation of desilting should be videographes at each location of super sucker for a period of minimum 10 minutes per day basis and providing three sets of CD's as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The operation should also be photographed at each location, minimum ten photographs on per day basis and giving three sets of photographs.

Supply of all material, labour, T&P, Temporary power connection with stand by generator set of capacity at least 62.5 KVA, gas detector, forced air ventilator wherever required etc and provision of safety equipment as per guide line laid in (IS 11972* 1987) International standard, traffic control Management & proper lighting at night, barricading, display of signboard, insurance of worker and cleaning of site. Removal of all hindrance/obstructions, unforeseen items, permission from other deprtment. (Deptt. will only assist in getting the permission etc.) Cutting of bituminous road, excavation, demolishing of brick work /CC/RCC wherever required and restoring the same. All inclusive and nothing extra be payable. As per aattached Noida Office order - Noida/CME(Jal)/315/15 dt. 27.04.2015 and Govt. Order - 29/ govt. of India / Kalyan Niyojan Prakosth/26.03.2015-14(07) / 2014 "Entering sewer line without safety gears should be made a crime even in emergency situation. For each such deaht, compensation of Rs. 10 Lakhs should be given to the family of the deceased,"

If it found in the implementation fo the above Orders and safety gears, the tenderer shall be fully responsibility. The standards in safety gears must be use according to CPHHEO compulsory. Note : for any misshaping/accident during work, The contractorwill be held responsible for the same. Noida Department will not responsible for any accident/ miss happening.
