Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 600 mm dia

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 1 cement and 4 Corse sand of 2.20 F.M. Mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all matarials.Labour & T&P etc.Required for proper compection of the work.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

P/L following size of Finolex makes PVC pipes 6.0kg/cm2 with required PVC standard special conforming to IS codes with latest amendment and lowering the same trenches and laying true to alignment and gradient complete i/c the cost of cutting of pipes for making up to length and making joints i/c cost of soeket, plstoches PV-85 pv: solvant cement complete. PVC pipe must be conforming to IS:4985-2006 with latest make Finolex. 110mm dia with coupler @6.00 kg/cm2 presure with i/c all PVC standard specials.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): From brick work in cement mortar

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Extra Rate for quntites of work,executed:in or under water and/or liquid mud,including pumping out water as required.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Refiling of Jamuna Sand in empty(cement bag Including stitiching, T&P and proper stacking at same spot of site ( carriage of bags to proper place shell be paid extra ) including cost of jamuna sand and empty bags ,labour,stitching charges etc.
