Retro-Reflective Signs (stainless steel Frame and Post with one side sings) Supply & Fixing of reflective signs board (single side) of size 1.50 x 1.20m retro reflective sheeting of HIP grade type-IV, the board shall be fixed on 50mm SS 304 grade of with a corrosion resistant 4mm thick ACM sheet of standard make as per MORTH specification. The Board shall be fixed using 2 man post 45x45x60 cm cement concrete foundation. The stainless steel joint welding of SS pipe work shall be band and grinder property inclluding bufting so and to give uniform shinging at welded of SS pipe work shall be band and grinder property. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting at welded joints. The Retro reflective, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexiblitily, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular glass and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obrained from international/Government Laboratory/institute by the manufacture of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from internation condition, it should also be obtrained from indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D4956-09) on artifical accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionally, in such a situation, the Employer/Client. if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee, in such a situation, the Employer/Client. if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 Legends, letters, Numerals and borders etc. should be as per MoRTH spectification No. 801.3.7 Proof of the same in form of goverment report shall be uploaded white quoting tender.

Retro-Reflective sheeting type-XI with 4mm thick ACM single Side Providing & Fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High intensity prismatic sheeting type XI as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5mm Legenda, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7. The Sheeting shall have a pressure- Sensitive adhesive of the aggressive lack type requiring no heat. solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacture. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) Shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. Micro Prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 Shall be pressure fixed.
