Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concretefor reinforced concrete work , using cement content as per approved design mix , manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a leads having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately ) All works above plinth level upto floor V level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :Cold twisted bars.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.propping etc. and removal of form for :

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of height upto 10 M. above level in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in Trenches plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidation each deposited layer, by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 mtr and lift upto 1.50 mtr.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
