Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) Manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan.) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as direction by engineer-in-chage. The contractor has defect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, Telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall excavation only after getting permission of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses,plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth and above plinth level.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Earth work in Embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming. Dressing the surface to required levels with half tonne steel or wooden rammer and rolling every third and top most layer in roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity and including 1.50mtr., Lift and all lead(earth shall be brought from a placewhich including cartage of earth by mechanically transport and T & P. Labour etc. required for proper completion. Earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing 10x10x7.50 cm Granite stone block hand cut and chisel dressed on top, for paving in floors, drains etc. laid over 20mm thick base mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints 10mm wide filled with same mortar including ruled pointing etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Aluminium-backed flexible prismatic sheet Aluminium-backed flexible prismatic sheeting shall be made of yellow coloured flexible sheeting with non-metalic prismatic lens formed in a transparent synthetic resin as retro reflective elements. This flexible prismatic sheeting shall have black and yellow stripes with aluminium backed flexible prismatic Type VI sheeting conforming to ASTM D4958 specifications and standards of cofficient of retro reflectivity flexibility and impact resistance applicable for reboundable devices. This flexible prismatic sheeting shall have screen printed arrowsiant line pattern in black colour in a continuous roll format width of object marker shall be 300 mm. The rate shall include all materials,labour , T & P, transportation, installation and incidentals as complete as per creation of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flexible Median Marker as per IRC 79:20:19 Flexible Median Marker (FMM) should be used for improving median visibility during dark hours. Use of Median Marker provides safety against collision happening with medians during night time, or serve whether. Flexible Median Markers shall be provided with fluorescent Yellow colour retro reflective sheeting type XI as per IRC 67, flexible Median Marker shall be of tough high impact resistant injection molded thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability and U shape structure having rebound, bounce back property the sheeting shall be type XI confirming to IRC 67 and it should be own both the faces whereby providing maximum reflectivity at I, anger distance with adequate durability The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body during the injection molding process FMM shall be fixed by a combinitation of apoxy adhesive and grouting drilling on concrete Median of properly constructed solid medians. Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Solar Power road marker (Solar studs) The solar studs shall be made of Aluminum alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistance and strong enough to support a load of 13,635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Its colour may be white,red,yellow,green or blue or combination as directed by the Engineer. Its water resistance shall meet the requirements of IP 65 in accordance with IS:12063:1987 category 2 for protection against water ingress. The dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100mm X 100mmX10mm. It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a distance of more than 800 m. Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1 Hz. Its should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperature range-40*C to 55*C. Its life shall be not less than 3 years. The rate shall be include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation,erection,installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

6M Span over head Cantilever Structure with 300 dia M S One vertical post. Supply fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm KB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M S pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of the steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90X0.90X1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including earth work in excavation 100 mm thick lean concrete in 1:3:6 cement coarse sand and 40 mm guage stone ballast and RCC- M25 grade concrete including supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia foundation bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of morth specification section 300 and IRC 67 2012 complete in all respect. The rates shall include cost of design fabrication supply transportation Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes etc.all T & P machine material and labour required for proper completion of work, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Tubular Makers (Spring Post or Spring Bollard) S/Fof plastic Tubular bollards having 450 mm to 700 mm Height shall be attached to the pavemet to display the minimum 50 mm width of reflective bands to the approaching road users including labour material T&P etc. for proper completion of the work. 700 mm Height.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat.
