Bidders must have successfully completed similar works (residential/non-residential building works of any number of storeys or metro projects with station buildings) within the last seven years, meeting one of these conditions: three similar works, each costing at least 40% of the estimated project cost; two similar works, each costing at least 50% of the estimated project cost; or one similar work costing at least 80% of the estimated project cost. Additionally, they must have completed at least one project with a minimum of 10 stories (or equivalent height), including stilts and basements, and a minimum height of 20 meters. One basement in a residential/non-residential building or metro project (underground station building) valued at least 40% of the estimated cost is also required. Experience working with aluminum formwork on a project valued at least 20% of the estimated cost is necessary. Finally, successful completion of building works valued at least 40% of the estimated cost and having a 4-star GRIHA certification is required.
