The bidder should have prior work experience of completion of one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The similar work should be "Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any number of storeys". Additionally, the bidder should have experience of "Successfully completed master planning of Similar work development of at least 40% of 588-acre land parcel i.e. 235 acre of land parcel". In case of Joint Venture/Consortium, each member should have minimum experience of completion of one similar completed works each of 40% value of estimated cost put to tender in last 7 years. The bidder should also have experience of providing Architectural & Consultancy services for successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with the similar works meeting one of the following criteria: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The proportionate experience to the extent of its share in the JV/consortium or work done by them shall only be allowed on submitting the valid proof of their share/ work done. The required percentages and values are: - 80% of the estimated cost of the project - 40% of 588-acre land parcel (i.e. 235 acre of land parcel) - 40% value of estimated cost put to tender in last 7 years - 40% of the estimated cost of the project (for three similar works) - 50% of the estimated cost of the project (for two similar works) - 7% per annum (simple rate for enhancing the actual value of work done)
