Bidders must have successfully completed similar works within the last seven years. Options include: three similar works, each costing at least 40% of the estimated project cost; two similar works, each costing at least 50%; or one similar work costing at least 80%. Similar works are defined as residential or non-residential building projects of any size, or metro projects with station buildings. Additionally, bidders must have completed at least one building with a minimum of 15 stories or 45 meters in height (or a metro station building of at least 20 meters), and one project with a basement in a residential or non-residential building (or a metro project with an underground station building) valued at least 40% of the estimated project cost. For privately-funded projects, completion certificates must be supported by copies of the Letter of Award and corresponding TDS certificates.
