Bidders must have provided architectural and consultancy services for successfully completed similar projects within the last seven years. "Similar work" is defined as residential or non-residential building projects of any number of stories. Successful completion means the construction project for which the consultancy assignment was executed is finished. This experience must meet one of the following criteria: three similar projects, each costing at least 40% of the estimated project cost; two similar projects, each costing at least 50% of the estimated project cost; or one similar project costing at least 80% of the estimated project cost. This experience must be supported by client-issued certificates. For private sector work, completion certificates must include copies of the Letter of Award/Contract Agreement and corresponding TDS certificates. Joint ventures, consortia, and foreign bidders are ineligible.
